Quite small room, but the hotel is well located and is visually very pretty, near to the city center, and a beautiful British style restaurant right next to it. Recommended!

The location is very good . It is closed to restaurants and not too far from the river. It is about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to go to the train station. The house keeping is excellent. One morning I requested cleaning earlier and the lady came within 20 minutes to clean my room. The furnishing is more than adequate although if there is a small fridge , it would have been wonderful as the days were hot and I wanted to drink something cold but it was fine. The room has a lot of cigarettes burn marks because the clients simply ignored the no smoking sign but is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel could have fine the clients but it closed not to so the floor will probably continue to be damaged or stained by the inconsiderate clients. Some hotel has strict policy about smoking and a warning sign that they will be fined or be charged a cleaning fee. This hotel apparently has no such thing to the detriment of the hotel itself for not having this policy. The floor stains didn’t bother me so much , more than it was ugly. The cleaning lady said it is common to find cigarette butts on the floor . I paid a little bit more for a room further away from the elevator as the cheapest room is practically next to it.

Perfect location

This is my second time staying at this hotel on this trip (two days away at Wangxiangu). The first time I had a bad experience. Because there are not many foreigners who stay at this hotel, they knew that the bad review was from me. The hotel manager personally came to apologize for the bad experience and offered me a small gift. It was very nice, but it will not affect my review. Every problem that I had last time was gone. The only thing that I thought was very strange is that I booked the same kind of room as last time, but for some reason this room did not have a desk in it. Finally, the front desk staff had a note in English and Chinese asking about my stay and making sure that I was happy. I suggest that it becomes a staff rule to ask all customers (both Chinese snd foreigners) about their stay to make sure that everyone is happy, and any problems, big or small, that do happen can be quickly fixed for the next people who stay.

Good location and the room was clean. That is the only good thing that I can say. WiFi is included, but I was charged 200 RMB to activate it. I was refunded the money, but it's still crazy. Smoking was supposed to be permitted, but there was no ashtray. There was also no soap or shampoo provided for the shower, and the pump for hand soap was broken. Also very annoying is that every time you go into the room, the TV turns on. You then have to wait a while before you can turn it off. Only stay in this hotel if there are no other options. I'm certain that there are better places around Shangrao.

The place was overall good, we had a nice stay although people smoke inside the building. The position is also very convenient and central

整體環境超出預期，衞生做得十分到位，設施齊全齊全完好。前台小媛服務態度温和周到，安靜不嘈雜，休息體驗感拉滿，價格實惠性價比在線，真心推薦大家入住！前台小賢服務態度熱情，房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒適，服務貼心周到，性價比超高，下次還會入住！
