I have stayed in this wonderful guest house a number of times and have 2 trips booked for 2024 already , everything about this place is 5* the guys who run it are just the best hosts ever and Maggie the dog is the cutest , I'd never stay anywhere else ❤

An excellent family & friends gathering at Grange Bank House. Perfect hosts - Warren, Peter & Maggie - meant a relaxed visit from start to finish. Perfect location, beautiful accommodation, marvellous breakfasts and sooooo attentive to everyone's needs and preferences. Brilliant stay and in the words of Arne - " we will be back" and soon 😊😊😊

WoW just Wow! Had an amazing stay at the Grange Bank house, hubby & I with our beloved 4 legged little lady, attention to detail and home comforts were the best you could ever hope for. Little touches were in abundance and Warren & Petes hospitality was completely on point. From the moment we arrived we received an amazing intro to the area and made to feel at home immediately. Maggie their Pet dog was also on hand to say hello anytime and a pleasure to see her ‘working’ the room with her personality shining and complimenting her position as third host. Impeccably spotless and beautifully decorated home from home guesthouse with a well stocked Honestly bar and a lovely comfortable residents lounge with throws for any pets, a towel by the front door in case of wet paws, mugs & cups choice in the rooms, mini fridge with cold water in the fridge ready, big bath sheet towels, luxury toiletries and beautiful bedding, nothing is scrimped on & of course the naughty bedtime chocolate treat. Breakfast was plentiful with great choice & cooked fresh to order. Can not fault anything and would recommend anyone whose looking for a fantastic stay in the Isle of Wight. Thank you Grange bank, don’t stop doing what your doing it’s perfect!

The Three of us (Myself , my wife and her stister }stayed at the Grangebank in September . It was our 2nd visit and it was just as good as the last time , Pete and Warren are so helpful with every aspect of your stay and nothing is too much trouble. We had a companion room which was spotlessly clean and always topped up with tea coffee etc . The breakfasts are excellent with a good choice each day , I normally had a full english with locally sourced produce, and If you have scrambled eggs they are rich and creamy . Warren and Pete really look after you and if we are in Shanklin again we would not stay hesitate to return

You don't want for anything here, laughter,fun,full tummy's in the morning for breakfast and plenty of loves and cuddles from Maggie to..ok yes from you both to!!!!..lots of love to you both and Bobby hot girlfriend!!!xx

From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest of welcomes to this beautiful guest house. Warren & Pete and Mags the dog treated us like old friends and made our stay so enjoyable. The breakfasts are splendid, freshly cooked by Warren with locally sourced produce. Kept us full all day. Perfectly located for Old Shanklin village. Hope to revisit again.

We have just got back from spending a few days at this lovely B&B with Warren and Pete (and of course little Maggie). Everything about our stay was perfect - the room was spotless and comfortable and we loved all the little treats and extras that are provided and Warren and Pete are wonderful hosts. As we have family on the Island we are regular visitors so will be back next year, or even earlier so definitely will be booking 'our room' again and bringing treats/toys for lovely Maggie!

An excellent stay made all the better by the frendly welcome and excellent customer service of the owners. A very clean and tidy room, superb breakfast and the dogs made very welcome.

Yet again we’ve had the most fabulous stay at Grange Bank House. It really is the best place to stay on the Island. Pete and Warren are truly outstanding hosts and super friends.
