Great hotel, both the facilities and the professionalism of the staff, is to be praised. Services at the front desk reception is excellent and the staff are attentive and strike to provide extra assistances to guest such as helping us to purchase a traditional gift from the local market and booking taxi for ud to the rail station upon check out. Services at the breakfast area can be improved to be more polite and attentive with smiles to match the front desk. Smiling and attentiveness will bring the hotel quality to the next level of a 5 star boutique hotel.

This hotel is lovely and conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from Shantou Station. With numerous restaurants and shops nearby, it’s an ideal place to stay.

Great location, love the breakfast, especially teochew porridge and condiments. All round great rooms, amenities at a centralized location. Great value!

I really like the location of the hotel as it was very near eateries, malls and the HSR station. Service staff were mostly very nice and helpful. Likely to go back when I next visit.

Overall a good stay, the design using bamboo is rather creative and the service is great. It’s good that they have an e-butler service using wechat for international travellers, so you can contact them for any services required. They have a small gym and rooftop bar (which wasn’t opened when I’m there in the morning, but of course). Even though, I was a little disappointed that they don’t have coffee in the room and that they did not change my bed sheets even when there is a stain on it.
