It’s a great resort! Beautiful beach and wonderful hospitality~ Enjoyed my stay!

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool ,the beach runs !and the kids club which left the kids busy. We enjoyed the wide range variety of foods and hospitality from staff which was top notch. Good bed space and ambience My highlight was hospitality ... thanks to Hope front office, Alice (restaurant)who got us milk for my baby all through at any time, Cynthia among others. Thankyou for making our stay amazing

Our visit at PrideInn Flamingo was awesome. The animation group, Keith, Rashid, Omar, Kelvin, Mitchell, Samantha was great and amazing performance during our stay. The games and music was top notch. The shows were also well co-ordinated. Good performance. The place is also beautiful and nice services.

Prideinn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa is a fantastic hotel with very good service and very friendly staff. One evening we had dinner at The Cave restaurant. As the name suggests, this restaurant was located in a Cave close to the beach. Various delicious dishes were served with a personal touch. The animation team was wonderful. With enthusiasm they were performing waterpolo and zuma in and around the pool. In short, it was really enjoyable stay.

Had a fantastic stay I enjoyed the service from the reception area to the room service staff very professional. I enjoyed the meal especially dinner beautiful place with lots of activities.its definitely a place to come back.

I was in Kenya for 10 days for work and spent a couple nights here for some downtime. This place is magical. The food is absolutely incredible and plentiful. The view from room was breathtaking and the grounds are just spectacular. A highlight for me was the entertainment staff, they go above and beyond. Especially Shezban, he is so amazing with guests all ages and made my stay super memorable. Will definitely go back.

A wonderful gem in Mombasa. Had a wonderful experience this past week at Pride Inn Flamingo Beach Resort for our annual team building exercise. For such a large group that we traveled with, the resort was more than capable of caring for us, even going as far as hosting a gala dinner in our honor. The rooms are magnificent, the food five star and the options endless. The staff all through the resort are courteous and ready to help for even the most trivial of matters. Thank you to everyone at PrideInn Flamingo for making our stay so memorable. Special shout outs go to Jean, Samson, and indeed Ruthanne (housekeeping/laundry) for everything you did for us. Asanteni sana, will definitely visit again. Shukran.

The hotel never disappoints. Our stays are always amazing however, our recent experience was not so good. Racheal has always been helpful in organizing ours. This time round she failed us and were forced to spent more than 20k extra to have a somewhat worthwhile trip. I wish the hotel would have considered the inconveniences and extra costs we incurred and concession accordingly, yet we still maintained our stay with the Pridein. We feel mistreated and cheated.

I would highly recommend prideinn Flamingo beach and spa to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming retreat. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.
