This place is a gem. Our dogs loved staying here the back lot was a great place to play with them. Housekeeping came by daily and gave us everything we needed. Staff was always smiling and friendly. Room and hotel was clean and maintained. We had an interior door and a door we could pull our truck right up to. 1st pet friendly hotel room we have stayed in that didn't have some kind of oder. The stuffed haddock at the restaurant there was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and if we make our way back up to sunday river we will stay again.

We had to switch rooms 4 times to do heat issues and sulfur smell in the water in bathroom and shower coming from drains.

Watching NFL and sports on screen TV. Food is a great!! Comfortable on bed, etc. Thank you very much. KM

Clean. Excellent service. My only challenge was the pool room was too hot, gym room was affected by the pool room, making that room too hot. You would have to do the pool and gym at 8am to get regular temp because as the day goes on it gets hotter. Other than that, it was great.

Very affordable and clean. Location is great and has a lot of things to do. Breakfast and dining is greatly priced compared to other restaurants in the area. No need to leave once here!

I stayed here with my 7 month old daughter. After arriving, my room had no heat. I went to the front desk, after spending over an hour in a family member’s room hoping it would warm up, however it did not. The front desk said it would take time. And told us to reset it: as we did, still no heat. It was colder in my room than it was outside. My daughter and I had to use all the bedding from the second bed, to keep warm. And ended up going back to our family’s room to stay. The people on both sides of us were extremely loud all hours of the night and above was a ton of running and banging. We tried using the pool, there was a large drinking party going on. Had called the front desk, and they told us to deal with it. Then was hung up on. Nothing worse than paying for things to not be able to use or for things to work. We had a family week booked in July for two more rooms, and we cancelled them. When we checked out we were never asked how our stay was or sorry we were canceling. Have been staying here for along time. However, after being treated like a nobody and having to freeze to death with my daughter, and all the other issues we will not be returning to hotel.

The property was very nice, the pool, spa area and arcade was the perfect distraction for the kids! Worth every penny! The staff was very accommodating and friendly!

After two days we checked out of a week planned stay - they were good hosts. We had prepaid with ******* and based on our stay, they were gracious and wanted to be accommodating like more towels or bringing in a mat. You don’t get a bath mat in the shower unless you ask - I slipped so ask (still ouch)! The water pressure is not great and luke warm was the norm for two nights - towels need to be replaced, they would be great exfoliants and remind me of the towels you use to clean a house. Pool is great size and is a nice perk. Great little game space for kids. The room is outdated, seriously. Table was pealing. TV and WIFI were good. Shower had broken dispenser but they provided some nice soap, shower head was rusted near top, and not all the way attached to wall. The restaurant on site is good on Fridays for dinner, but other weekday nights are eh eh. Breakfast was good. There is a bar on site if you want that. Amazing beautiful surroundings and beautiful good course across the way.

Doors were to short. Could hear and see the outside hallways. The shower was also broken, but overall it was fine for overnight.
