The service and the crew members are TOP. They strive very hard to make you feel like an honored guest. Even the crew who can not speak english or little english were trying hard to communicate and help. The room are very spacious and well equipped. The views (Room, restaurant and bar) is amazing. The food is good but it is not to the standard expected from Raffle. Some quick examples: The croissant are bad (sorry I am french), the breakfast buffet choice too limited and the teppanyaki beef (top quality beed but the cut included fat parts). Did I mention the quality of the crew?

It’s a quick business trip and second time stay in Raffles Shenzhen, we had wonderful stay as last time.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Leon and Frieda from the Butler team for their exceptional service. We felt welcomed from the start, and our two-day stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities are pristine, though I noticed the concierge team might be understaffed.
