We had a fantastic rest at the Bell Tower Motor Inn. Very affordable for our two night stay with great communication along the way by Sonny. The beds were super comfy, pillows and bedding were clean and cosy, the shower was strong and hot and it was well equipped with tea and coffee supplies, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini bar fridge. If you love exposed brick and a homely retro feel, I would happily recommend.
The only place to stay in Shepparton, really! Great rooms, great internet, great convenience, great service. Hassle-free booking, very close to supermarkets/eateries/lakeside walks. Wifi is fast and reliable. Rooms are well-appointed and one can cook entire meals. Staff are amazing! Friendly and delightful.
What a lovely stay we had. We were there for a Real Estate conference and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The staff that worked the bar in the function room for our dinner were just beautiful, Shauney you are an amazing and beautiful person, so professional and helpful. Keep up the good work and know your efforts are appreciated. Cate
I called to book this a few days earlier for business- it was an unusual phone call. I am used to brisk business calls with most motels for this one... it felt like I was calling a pizza store to place a delivery. Arriving at reception on the day I noted that the young lady was professional behind the counter - contrasting to the call. It is located on a busy road, so they ask that you do not park in their driveway...I drove in knowing I had a booking and that there should be a carpark in there for me. I am wondering what happens when it's at capacity and someone drives in hoping for a last minute booking. The busy location of this motel means that they need things not to block the main road, so it is understandable that they have the signs up asking you not to stop on the driveway. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. It is a basic and clean room. I slept badly though... there was a lot of road noise, I struggled to shut it out. The bonus for me is that the TV acted like a normal TV instead of one of the new smart TVs. For the first time in a long time I felt like I knew how to operate the remote control!
We arrived at Tudor house motel in the evening they said a booking no showed so the room was available..The man at reception told me no smoking inside & don't bring anymore people not a very pleasant welcome...at a glance the room seemed rundown but on further inspection the filth unfolded. Tobacco & debris on grubby carpet, mould & long brown hair in bathroom, pastry crumbs in Microwave,Cobwebs, running toilet water, pre contaminated toilet paper, damaged toilet seat... the list could definitely continue no doubt I decided to speak to management the following morning as it had been made clear I was checking in later than reception hours so I felt I'd already stretched their customer services 🙄 I rang after hours bell several times 8am following morning eventually the door opened I was abruptly told to return after 9am. Even though the door clearly said office hours were to start at 7.30am..I returned after 9am to this time a female manager who told me that the cleanliness was not a problem & indirectly called me a liar...I never wanted a cheap deal nor did I ask for it but it was extremely insulting to be fobbed off & treated as nothing & no body i wished I hadn't wasted my time or breath talking to this person.the manager refused to accompany me to the room to inspect & it was disappointing to experience such putrid customer service .... My motel booking went from dirty to discusted by the arrogance indecency of some people 🤨
In town for business, I needed just an overnight option. Customer service was friendly... weirdly friendly in a familiar type way. It's located on a Main Road. The rooms are average rooms. There is nothing stand out about the rooms and they are dated. Looking at the photos of the bathroom it appears discoloured but I do not recall feeling it was discoloured when I was there. I got an amazing nights sleep here... I was tired, but... even tired I have been unable to sleep in other motels recently. I went to bed, watched TV and only woke when the alarm went off. I also enjoyed how easy it was to locate. The grounds were very well maintained.
ゲゲストBooked in for 2 nights early May but had to cancel 3 days prior due to a sudden illness that required hospitalisation for 4 days. Requested a refund or credit the next week via email. No reply, so after some days went past I phoned the motel. Management were very evasive and reluctant to cooperate. After more emails and phone calls they reluctantly offered 1 nights accommodation that had to be taken by August which I informed them that we could not avail ourselves of due to my illness. Very poor communication and service.
ゲゲストThis accomodation was reasonably priced, well appointed, clean and in a tranquil setting. I found my stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Complete with a microwave, tea & coffee making facilities & a toaster. Nice bathroom and a generous sized room. A short walk to shops and eateries it was ideally located for a visit to Kyabram and just a quick drive across to Echuca. No real road noise to speak of. The mattresses could probably do with an update soon but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you and we will visit again soon.
I was in town for business, this motel is conveniently located on the Main Street as you go through town. It is walking distance not only to the eateries but to a nearby park. This presents like most motels, having the amenities you require for an overnight stay. There is a small swimming pool in the carpark area. The layout is unusual. The mattresses at this motel are old and they have seen better days. I struggled to get comfortable in the main bed, shifting to the smaller one that was slightly more comfortable. I did not get a good nights sleep, struggling to get comfortable. The beds are badly in need of upgrades. The motel is basic with basic amenities, customer service was okay.
