ホテル スプリングフィールズ(Springfields - A Heritage Palace since 1902)

During my discussion with Owner, I got to know the shooting of **'Arijit Singh: Pachtaoge | Vicky Kaushal, Nora Fatehi |Jaani, B Praak,** was done here :) It's a beautiful heritage hotel with big garden and a great valley view. I stayed here for a night and this place is very quiet surrounded by green trees 🌳. It's a proper heritage Hotel must be hundred year old and the best part is, it's very well ***aged. My room was super and it got a private balcony with sitting area with a very view. What else you need in such a lovely destination. Highly Recommend

We were last here 26yrs ago and were amazed to be given the same room which brought back ***y happy memories. Breakfast on the lawn is no longer an option which was a great shame but the monkeys can be terrible thieves The dinning room was cold and uninviting which could easily be rectified The common lounge areas are very pretty and if they had lit the fires it would have been beautiful especially at xmas Our daughters room was cold and damp as it got little sunlight but was nicely decorated Food was ok nothing special Both bathrooms were in dire need of upgrading and I'm sure our mattress was 26yrs old, so soft and I could feel the springs It's a good walk to the mall but we knew that anyway Staff were helpfull but didn't go out there way to make our stay special

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. The family suite is huge with all amenities with a large balcony. The view of the Shivalik Ranges from the balcony is fabulous. The lawn is also large and beautifully maintained. The staff is very courteous and waiting to help. The food spread is limited but it's very tasty. They provide taxi service at a reasonable rate. Overall a wonderful stay. Enjoyed a lot.

I travelled Hotel Springfield in the month of April 2020 to the hotel at the first glance look majestic and mind blowing from outside but there was some different story when we checked in . We stayed at room number 203 which was a deluxe room. But the doors of the hotel were flimsy and there was no proper lock in them the toilet tap was broken and the towel holder was also in same condition. We were staying in deluxe room and to my surprise there was no ventilation there was no air conditioning and not even a fan in the room so after request they arranged for a stand fan which made horrible vicious noise for the whole night and we couldn’t sleep at all. The carpet was shabby and it had some kind of sharp object which got into my feet also the door mats were not clean and the flooring made horrible creaking sound while walking on them the curtains were very dirty and roasted in sunlight so basically the whole room look like a ******* house. If you are interested in ghosts and supernatural things Dooj select this hotel because I am sure you will get the vibe in that place. The behaviour of the staff was very very good everybody was welcoming and they welcomed us with their full capability but the problem is not in the stuff but the owner who doesn’t spend a single penny in maintaining such a beautiful place it was only the lack of maintenance that made the hotel a horrible experience but the staffs were really really good. Also to mention ultrabook my travel via MMT and do they told it is near to Mall Road but in reality it is not near to Mall Road in fact it is not even in Shimla it is actually located in a place called Chhota Shimla which is at least 2.5 km away from the mall Road so every time you need to travel to mall you have to take either a bus or you have to depend on your good old legs.

We stayed only two nights, but wished we could have stayed longer. The property is historic and lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant, including arranging shipping of our excess purchases when we got a little carried away by gorgeous textiles on Mall Road! A special shout out to the ***ager Mr. Dayal Hufer and Mr. Singh (I hope I got those names right?) for going above and beyond!

I went with my family to Springfield shimla on 26th June and stayed there till 28th and checked out by 29th morning. The cottage was beautiful and the staff was also nice. The food was good and the weather was nice and cold which was a nice Chang compared to where I live. The only problems were that since we booked on room for 3 people one person had to sleep on a mattress and outside the room were monkeys but they did not cause us any difficulty it was just a bit scary so that would be my only advice to the hotel but otherwise great place.

We had a mix-up with our reservation at a nearby hotel, and they directed us to this hotel, which ended up being a lovely oasis after a long, stressful day. The owners are friendly and warm, and they responded very quickly to any requests. The building has a European Old World charm, with a lot of little spaces to relax or have a drink or snack. They only had one room left, in the back(which was actually quite nice itself!), but offered to move us to a front room when we were out the next day, which we did. The view from our new room was amazing. The dinner is quite frankly phenomenal. Both my husband and I agreed it was hands down one of our best meals in India—which is saying something! We even repeated our exact order the second night, every bite was just that phenomenal. The rooms are close, and there was a noisy gathering in the room across from us, but at 11 we asked if they could ask the group to quiet down a bit, which they did right away. This is a little mountain gem with great service. Would return again next time we are in the are.

Very beautiful property suited in the heart of shimla,Co-operative staff and nice view from garden area ...Candle light dinner would be one of the best during my stay while having a dinner under the sky with lots of stars
