Well I was confused regarding which hotel to choose near Mall Road with great views. I am happy with my choice to stay at Summit Le Royal. The views from rooms are amazing being in the center of the city. Booked 2 premium rooms and both were provided on same floor adjacent to each other. Room service was good. Ginger tea I loved. Definitely recommended for a stay with family.Old age people can find it difficult to reach to hotel on foot which is acceptable on hill stations. Taxi/cab reaches upto hotel. Hotel staff arranged outside cabs on request. Bathrooms were clean. Food - 5 star Rooms - 5 star Bathroom - 5 star Hospitality - 6 star Views from room - 6 star

I stayed at Pull*** Sharjah hotel.... I found everything was so organized... Staffs are highly professional..front office staff and other staff are so good... Mohd Azeem helped me alot for ease check in and check out...i will surely recommend this place.. 👍

I have been to shimla quite a few times and this was one of the best experiences so far in terms of stay. Hospitality 10/10 Service 10/10 Location 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 View from the premium view room 10/10 The staff is absolutely amazing. You will for sure feel like you are staying at a place which feels like home. Special thanks to Chamel sir. He was helpful since the beginning. I was looking for a hotel to stay and even before I booked the hotel I called them and Chamel sir was nothing but polite, helpful and considerate. He even guided me in choosing the room. Once again I will say it was a 10/10 experience in every aspect.

It was very nice experience. Staff was helpfull. Specially, ***ager Chamel Singh Negi is very supportive and cooperative person. Food was good and hygienic. Room was ok but view from the room qas nice. Security of hotel is very good. Overall it was good experience. Recommended.

Excellent room with great view. Comfortable bed. Hot shower with toiletries and hairdryer. Complimentary breakfast. Really lovely staff. Most of all it was quiet!!! It's a steep walk from the mall but only took us 5/10 mins. Worth it for the peace and views. Would highly recommend

The hotel is in a very good location between the town and jakhu hill. Much quieter than the hotels inside town and worth the few minutes' walk up. Nice and clean room. Great view from the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff

Great Hotel to stay in Shimla. Facilities are good & staff is very helpful & friendly. It is located very near to Jakhoo Temple & Mall Road. View from the top of the hotel is very good.Thanks to Mr.Chamel Singh Negi for all the hospitality during our stay.

Fantastic location near mall road and a team of incredibly cooperative and friendly staff with outstanding service. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident. I who***eartedly recommend this hotel and don't miss their breakfast buffet.

The hotel has decent rooms;they could have been a little bigger with better view. The best part is its location - it is very close to the mall road - literally positioned above the mall road. Food is good. Breakfast is quite good in selection and taste.
