マリゴールド サロヴァー ポルティコ シムラー(Marigold Sarovar Portico Shimla)

It was a great trip, the place is away from shimla by about 15 kms, nice property, a big thankyou to MR bhupesh for arranging for sightseeing for us as a family. The overall pricing is slightly on the higher side, however the property is really worth it

We stayed at "Sarover Portico Marigold Mashobra " for 3 nights. We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was very good and the interiors are also very well done. The view from our room was just amazing. The hotel also arranged the taxi for us that took us around for sightseeing spacial thanks to Satish and chef som dutt for guidance, about sightseeing+ Etc,

We had a wonderful time and a great Stay! Amazing hospitality and great facilities especially for the kids. Indoor temperature controlled pool was very nice. Hardic was of great help! Kids play area was very nice. Hitesh and others from the Restaurant staff were very courteous.

We are staying with two family and kids and booked with breakfast and dinner. 1) Rooms size are small and average. 2) Quality of food is not good. 3) Swimming pool is small and they don't have basic facility like tunes and safety for kids. 4) there is no attendant in activity room and no maintenance. Even timing are not suitable like we can't go to activity room after 6:30. In short we observed they are just using goodwill of Sarovar Portico. Otherwise no worth staying here.

The place & it’s valley view is amazing with nice & helpful staff members.. I would like to specially thank Mr. HARDICK [ MANAGER] who was very helpful in every aspect of our stay.. Food was also nice...This stay will be remembered always… Thanks Hardic for creating such a wonderful stay when we needed it. You really made us feel welcome.

Speaking of the property,it's location is very serene and near to the line trees. They cater to good in house recreational activities for kids with an indoor pool and gaming room to be occupied for the day. Rooms are good ,spacious with the inclusion of a balcony to enjoy the lovely mornings and evenings Food is average and comparing it with the brand Sarovar major improvement is required right from the taste till the variety. Breakfast needs more options from the bakery as well as the current cuisine needs detailed attention. Also the service from the FnB team except for the trainee intern Khushi rest all need to speed up and shoe proactive efforts.She was phenomenal for all the four days we stayed and this shows her keenness to learn and progress further. Sanjay and Ramesh also wer at their best

I came from Delhi NCR and stayed in Marigold sarovar for 5 days with my family (***** with children) and it was truly an amazing experience. We had initial hiccups on day1 but best part was that everyone is so humble and ready to work towards solution. Special mention to Mr Hardic (front office manager) , Mr Somdutt (chief chef) who were always ready to go beyond the call of duty to ensure we get the best customer experience and were available at just 1 call away to support us. Mr Kushal (f&b manager) was supportive too. We loved their hospitality and my whole family enjoyed ***** with my pet (shitzu). Food was delicious, property was neat & clean, well maintained. It is a must to stay property for the family and we will love to come back again.

Good location, clean big rooms, they keep cleanliness everywhere, big play area for kids. Buffet spread was fine, there could have been more options. Apart from the buffet the items that I ordered were tasty and up to the mark . Loved all over the experience. I took the spa service there which was way too good.

I have visited so many properties but the heart touching property in himachal is SAROVAR PORTICO. Everthng was too good. Great food and ambience. Manager-hardik chauhan chef-som dut sharma And all team! Is too nice and cooperative Cheers
