First class hotel, with beautiful views across the valley to Shimla. The rooms are modern and very clean and well presented. All of the staff, from reception, housekeeping and dining room are professional, polite and helpful. All deserve credit! However, Neeraj Sharma, was most attentive at meal times. This was the perfect way to end our 3 week tour of India. Highly recommend a stay at Snow Valley Heights.

The view from the room balcony was amazing. Well maintained clean rooms and best service.Food served was decent and good.

The rooms are maintained very well. The view from the rooms balcony is spectacular and you don't need to go anywhere else to take the pics. The staff was very courteous and catered to all our requirements. The food in the restaurant was yum and on our request they made less spicy food for kids. My kids really enjoyed their play area room which is in first floor.

The hotel is very good and situated on the hill top. The prospect ( Restaurant) is very well furnished with beautiful decor. The food is very very good 10/10 with lots of varieties. The whole staff is very helpful but the special attention and care from the ***ger Mr. Sharma made us feel right at home. Such employees are the asset for the company.The rooms are cozy and comfortable with all modern amenities. Its a memorable stay for us .

We had a memorable stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is ideal and accessible. Food was lip-smacking good. But what is worth and mentioning is the exceptional hospitality by Mr. Kuldeep Sharma the ***ager. This is the one hotel i can say that takes the word hospitality seriously to give superb experience to their guests. will surely recommend this place and hope to back soon.
