Kimmane Golf Resort

The interiors and seating both indoors and outdoors was pleasant and scenic; while we chose to sit inside and encountered the usual issues with the flies , the food was great and the view from our table magnificent ; definitely worth a visit /stop over if and when in Shimoga . Minimal non-vegetarian options ( chicken kebab , local chicken curry , mutton biryani ) still delicious but the mutton biryani was disappointing . While the non-vegetarian options might have been limited , the vegetarian section boasted of cascade of mouth watering options and were surprisingly tastier . To wash down this feast , the dessert spread was exquisite. Everything from payasam , kaju barfi to red velvet cakes to Rasgulla to ice cream to lime tarts , my particular favorite was the chocolate pudding /a.k.a the brownie pudding. Payasam was a tad bit disappointing . An added feature was that breads, chapattis , phulkas , rotis were made to order, so nothing reached the table cold. The staff were very helpful , polite and definitely add to the allure of the place .Hats off to the head chef , chef ***n for overall, the tastiest spread.

If one has to describe this resort Kim***e Resort in one word then it would simply be 'Paradise' ! Visit this place and you will be amazed to see and feel how they have created such a serene, quiet and lush green property in Shimoga. The Golf Club and Resort owner Mr. J G Kim***e meeting us was truly an honour. A memory that we will cherish for life time. Coming to the staff we would say they are humble, helpful and hospitality oriented ! Everyone looks forward to make you feel special. The GM Mr. Devendra Singh dev_prataps greets you and talks to you with such warmth that makes you feel the comfort of your home. The reception staff Vishnu made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Food at the restaurant SAA is great. Loved the Hasiru Mutton Sa*** with Muddhe made by Chef ***n ! Restaurant staff Su*** and Tapas are always on their toes to give you the best of service. Music at the Bar is superb. We stayed in the Club Suite and the Panaroma Suite. They are huge in space, bright and colorful with beautiful view and classy interiors. They have a well maintained pool and gym which were of great use to us. And the golf course is a treat to the eyes.

Beautiful place nestled in lap of nature, expansive golf turf very well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful with all the activities in the resort. Spa was also great. Chef ***n was the perfect host churning out great cuisine. All in all good food, beautiful place and lot of activities for everyone, had a perfect stay.

It's a very huge property and the first glimpse of the property was mesmerising. The Staff were very friendly and gave a good detail on the property and stay. The rooms are spacious and had a very good sit out area. There were so ***y food varieties which gives you the Aww feeling while you taste them. Overall had a very good time with the family and always a good place to visit again.

This place is super tranquil, the views are stunning, the hospitality is top notch and we were so relaxed during our entire stay. The food section headed by the awesome chef ***n just made our stay even more memorable. Prepare to come here & relax and leave your worries behind. Highly recommended!

The ambience of this place is terrific The food in this place is top-notch I would recommend visiting for a minimum of 3 days to enjoy all the amenities present here The service of Chef ***n and his team made our visit memorable The place is filled with lots of adventurous activities and an indoor games room as well

Kim***e golf resort..one the best resort we have been too..the staff service and rooms were fantastic..food was excellent.. Special thanks to Sonu .Laxmi .Gm mr.dev Activities like kayaking ,coracle,bird watching playing golf was soo much fun ..

Absolutely No Words 2 Express...Yet....Would Love to Write this Review....We are in Awe of the Experience and Ever Motivated Staff of Kim***e Golf Resort. Really Need to Mention These Names who have been So Courteous and Making Our Stay A Wonderful Experience. Thank you So Much Sonu, Vishnu, Tashi, Anand, Lama, Saante and the Reception Staff, And Evryone who Served us. You Guys the Best!! Looking forward to Visit Soon and Have A Great Time...Once Again!!
