Noise levels throughout the evening and at nighttime were completely unacceptable and unexpected.

The staff tried hard and took pride in what they did but otherwise it was a disaster. No record of the booking, and said they don't use ******* anyway. I was the only person in the dining room and it took 50 minutes before any food arrived, and my first 2 choices weren't available. Cigarette burns, stains on carpet, broken toilet seat. Swimming pool empty. Bitten badly by mosquitoes. Had to get up at 6am to leave for the ferry, and no water or lights - they didn't tell me the generator goes off. Very little English spoken.
