Very nice

Poor Service. i had being in hotel from 11/5/24 to 12/5/24. the staff ia arogant, dont care for the customer, frequent electricity faliure, was expecting good service but wasnt satisified at all with hotel services. Horrible was the second day where whole day AC wasnt working, when informed at reception the guy said sending some one to check bt no one arrived later intercom was disconnected. very horrible experience. i wnet ***** with my family including two kids, literally we were suffocating without AC, would never recomend this hotel to any one. -5 rating from my end.

Stay was excellent! We are very 😊 with staff at the front desk. specially Mr.Philips. Rooms are clean and tidy. Extremely Happy with everything. I would definitely Recommend My friends and my family. This hotel was excellent. And Staff also Good...

Good hotel in shirdi excellent room clean and hygienic. 👍👌staff was very helpfully...... Food quality was very good and yummy. Rooftop swimming pool available here. ❤️every thing was very good. Nice stay.

1. I had to book this hotel at the last minute, since we were staying in shirdi and planned to extend our stay by a day..and the hotel we were staying did not have rooms for the day. I saw the photos on TripAdvisor, read reviews n decided to go ahead, for a suite room at 6,150/-. 2. The 'suite' is not really two rooms, but one room with partitions placed to convert it into two rooms. This partition, with more wooden furniture placed in the room, makes it very cramped. 3. The first thing which struck me when i entered the room in the foul smell, of a room that would have been locked, with no ventilation. It gave a sense of dingy feeling the moment we step into the room... Not wanting to come in at all. The concept of fresh n airy does not exist here. 4. The towels were designed into peacock n other designs, but felt old n rugged after multiple washings. They were clean but not fresh. 5. The worst part of the room was the bathroom. Someone was smoking upstairs and the dirty smell was lingering in the bathroom.. There was no exhaust to even let that smell out. 6. The suite had a centralised AC, n no system given for adjus**ent of the temperature in the room.... It did not get cool at all.. The AC is switched off intermittently at night and totally switched off at 7 am to save electricity. With no ventilation in the room, it gets extremely suffocating. Though there were pedestal fans given, it could not be used as they were noisy and blew air on our face, making it better without them. I had to call the staff to get the AC switched on again, after considerable hassles. 7. The hotel staff switch on the music system at 5.30 am, with Sai songs. As our rooms were not sound proof, I woke up to the songs, and had to go and request them to reduce the volume to provide some privacy in the rooms and those sleeping inside. 8. Since the hotel provides 24 hr room service, albeit at an expensive price,there are no tea/coffee sachets, no drinking water except 2L provided at check in. Everything else needs to be purchased. Plus no toiletries are provided in the room. 9. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff... They were sweet people. 10. I would like to conclude by requesting the ***agement to concentrate on the basic stuff, rather than going in for fancy ceilings, partitions and swimming pool.
