Cabins were great, park was quiet. But residents in the park were nasty people who ruined our time. 1 women called our children names another man ripped the sparkler out of my nephews hand and stomped on it while yelling at him no open fires without any attempt to consult the adults. Absolutley disgusting behaviour from the residents and do not recommend this holiday park at all.

The park is OK just spoilt by noisy people in cabin - even after 10.00 at night....I think management should at check the park out after hours on a regular basis - this cabin was right opposite the office......

The holiday site is clean, friendly, and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our cabin was very clean and tidy, perfectly spacious, and very sensibly designed. I was so excited to discover we had a spa bath!!! We will definitely re-book with Ingenia Holidays Shoalhaven Heads again in the future.

My stay at Ingenia was fantastic. Stayed in a cabin, was comfortable, relaxing and loved my stay. Ingenia is close to everything and very easy go get to. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.

Disappointing old everything needs updating pool was not working was not working took a day for them to notify us checked out early was not asked if there was a problem the location is great needs updating badly

We stayed here for 4 nights, the intent was only 1 night but we had a mishap with our van. The staff were very accommodating through the whole things and we extended our stay by 3 extra days instead of continuing our journey North. The facilities were to a very high standard, the staff and other campers were great and it is definitely some where that I will be recommending others to stay.

Nice cosy deluxe cabin #97, decently priced during off peak season. We were not expecting much as it was just a one night stopover. The A/C needs to be looked into as the heater does not heat up the room and we have the same model at home but works great. As others have mentioned, no WiFi and phone reception can be on and off which was not much of an issue for us. TV was barely watchable due to poor reception so we gave up. Did not use any other facilities so can't comment on that. Might try other places instead in the future
