La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Shreveport Airport

Traveling home from trip, I got sick. I stayed here while I got better. The staff are amazing! They were so incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Even sick, it was a great stay.

I booked a room for 5 people but only got accommodation for 4 was told that I could go buy an air mattress and sleep on the floor or they would give me extea blankets to make a pallet on the floor

The redesign of La Quintas are hit or miss. This is a hit. When they mean no smoking, they mean it. Staff —just lovely. Air-heat unit in the room would be the only negative—that was old and didn’t sound very good. Room was very clean and well up-kept.

The beds was small didn’t have any extra space water got cold fast ice box was dirty with hair in it and sheets had a spot on them oh and the shower curtain had dirty stains on them.

Over all it was a decent experience but the shower for two days was only flowing low pressure warm water, so much so that I and my wife shivered in the shower since only warm water only hits a small portion of your body back and the other use just gets old and wet. Staff tried to their best to address the issue but there were no other rooms available.

Room not ready but we were given key to the room. When we arrived in our room, looks dirty .. bee not made from previous customers , trash all over floor, towels on floor, bathroom not clean.

Super-friendly staff. Large, clean rooms. OK breakfast. We were en route to Arlington, TX, from New Orleans, where we stayed in a multi-star hotel. La Quinta had it beat in almost every category. So many hotels are gouging you -- charge for parking, charge for wifi -- it's good to know that LQ treats us right.

Room was ok but breakfast was not good! Eggs were dry, the sausage links were rock hard.

The Waffle House is next door Friendly service. Enjoyed a dinner with the chef and staff on New years eve! Our room was spotless and quiet. Enjoyed the selection for breakfast also. Front desk Manager was polite and helpful also.
