The hotel charges an extra $150 for all inclusive but it's NOT an all inclusive hotel. U get a menu where u have to choose 1 appetizer 1 main and 1 desert and I got no desert. False advertisement on website. I checked out after 1 night and they over charged me because I stayed 1 night. I am very upset because this hotel is not worth $1000 per night for 2 adults and 1 child
If you’re looking for a more sedate vacation with an older crowd, Sandals Grenada is your place. There is a loud side to it, but they are on opposite ends of the resort. As with most – not all – resorts, there are people who are slackers and people who do their best. However, any problems that we faced were quickly fixed by the people on the staff who really cared. A special shout out to…. Rohan, the Hotel Manager, who helped us with our accommodations when we first arrived and was constantly asking us how we were doing all during our stay(10 days); Jennifer, the Director of Hotel Services, also proved to be very helpful on a daily basis and by her own volition; Cordelia, at the concierge desk, was extremely helpful every single day, making sure we had all the reservations we needed and wanted, and that was only a small part of what she did; Two people who worked at the front desk that I would like to mention are Caryl and Khaleb- both of them were absolutely super sweet and helpful all the time; Servers who were especially pleasant: Hernel at Butch’s, Kinda at the Italian restaurant, Kesron at Spices; and Ohrisie at Neptune’s; Lemeron and Victor, who I believe worked at the aqua center, moved lounge chairs to an area where there was shade and the beach was not rocky. They were absolutely sweet. Also from the Aqua Center, I want to mention Tyrone and Zade for sweet daily greetings; Last, but definitely not least, was a young man by the name of Kivesi. He was everywhere every single day all day long. He was always cleaning up, serving, helping someone, asking if anyone needed anything, and in the entire 10 days stay there, I never saw this young man sit down or stop. He also had a very sweet demeanor and his very presence just added to the atmosphere at Sandals Grenada. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, call ahead and speak to Matthew Saunders- Director of Food Services. He was absolutely amazing and accommodating regarding whatever we needed. Matthew can be found everywhere making sure all the guests are happy. Kudos to Angelo for cooking the food perfectly. If you’re going to go on any excursions, I recommend the sunset cruise, and if you get Capt. Marvel, you’ll be in for a treat. A couple of complaints: The pools seemed cloudy most of the time. Maybe somebody could look into that? The fountains with the torches were crystal clear, and I wish I could’ve gone swimming in those, lol. We did swim in the crystal clear Caribbean, however. The evening entertainment was OK but very repetitive. For example, the saxophone player was absolutely amazing, but I felt that 4 nights of performing was a bit much. Also, there was a piano in the living room that nobody played. When we were at Sandals’s Grande St. Lucian, they had singing around the piano every night and it was a wonderful way to meet people if you weren’t the type of person to hang out by a loud bar in the pool. One final word – we had a lovely room in t
