Sayanora Hotel & Park

Отдыхали с 13 по 21 июля с мужем, расположение отеля оч хорошее (поэтому и выбрали) до общественного пляжа 3-4 минуты, хорошее питание – много овощей и зелени, сыр, оливки, всегда есть 2 блюда из мяса , суп-пюре, за 8 дней 2 раза была рыба на ужин, в последний наш день была «турецкая ночь» с концертом, а также шашалык, люля, шаверма и прекрасный торт с фейерверком, очень душевно, вся команда отеля танцевала и мы с ними) Надо сказать что персонал приветливый и доброжелателный – и в ресторане и баре и горничные) После 23 час в отеле тишина. Лежаков у бассейна мало и их оч рано резервируют гости. На дальнем пляже у отеля арендован кусочек пляжа, там тоже лежаков не очечь много, и они стоят в отдалении от моря, поэтому не продувались и там было жарко даже под зонтиками. Я бы поставила этому отелю 4 балла (реально в своей категори он хорош), если бы не заселение. Мы приехали в отель в 00-20, нам сказали что свободного номера нашей категории нет (мы бронировали main building) и одну ночь нужно провести в другом месте, когда я увидела в какой сарай нас ведут, категорически отказалась, сказала что мы лучше на ресепшен переночуем, полтора часа нас мурыжили, куда то звонили, мы тоже пытались позвонить оператору (Библиоглобус), потом повели в номер в основном здании но с неработающим кондиционером и холодильником, и всё же в итоге нас заселили в нормальный номер категории указанной в ваучере. Для чего был устроен этот кошмар я так и не поняла…За эту нервотрепку снижаю оценку, никому не хочется после почти шестичасового перелета, потом мотания по отелям ещё почти 2 часа потратить на простое заселение. Кстати, купили экскурсию у отельного гида БГ Азада (чего обычно не делаем, на улице же дешевле, а тут какой то морок на нас напал ха-ха) в Гринканьон, полтора часа мотались по отелям собирая 37 человек, потом он не предупредил что в конце будет магазин , а это час проведенный в каком то жутком месте, кошмарный обед, кароч вообще не советую, но к отелю это уже не имеет отношения..

Забронировали отель в январе. По приезде в 8 часов утра сказали ждать заселения в 14:00, затем отвели в номер, который был не на территории отеля (Toll Garden House). При этом нам нагло соврали, что это стандартный номер (первое фото). Помимо того, что номер был не по договору, внутри пахло туалетом, окна и двери плохо закрывались, смартфон не находил ни одну wi-fi точку, сильно шумел кондиционер, душевая кабина - это весь туалет. Решили сдать ключи и ждать, когда заселят в нормальный номер. Управляющий сказал, что туроператоры продают путевки даже после того, как их отель остановил продажу. Но мы бронировали в январе, поэтому это была наглая ложь. Также нам грубо ответили, что мы можем ночевать возле бассейна или на пляже. На то, что оставлена претензия от пегаса, они отреагировали лишь письмом, которое свою силу не возымело, в нем обещали вино в номер, фрукты, позднее выселение. Затем приехали гид, который встречался с другой группой пегаса, но попутно нам помог. В итоге управляющий сделал хорошую миную при плохой игре - сказал гиду, что нас заселят в наши оплаченные и заранее забронированные номера по договору, если мы не успели обжиться в тех сараях (sic!). А причиной заселения в сарай назвали то, что мы попросили нас пораньше разместить, чего на самом деле не делали. После этого мы сходили с метрдотелем в наш номер, он убедился в отсутствии следов жизнедеятельности, и уже после этого нам дали нормальный номер. Вместе с нами была пара из Омска, тоже пегас, они попали в такую же ситуацию, после разборок с гидом, им тоже дали нормальный номер. Из плюсов: + Уборка каждый день - вынос мусора, обновление воды, заправка кровати, смена полотенец + Еда отличная и разнообразная, много мяса + Обслуживание в столовой отличное - предлагают напитки, приветливые сотрудники + Городской пляж близко, идти 5 минут, попутно можно заглянуть в местные магазины + Два хороших бассейна + Бесплатный Wi-Fi + Турецкая ночь по средам раз в две недели, много мясных блюд - шашлыки, кебабы. Разнообразные сладости - несколько тортов, маленьких тортиков. Все вкусное. Целая развлекательная программа с танцами, трюками. Из минусов: - На ресепшене постоянно пытаются обмануть - за коктейли сначала считают 180 лир, потом тут же показывают 185, отдаешь им 180, берут без слов, как будто ничего и не было - Неудобный трансфер до пляжа, утром забирают в 9 в 10, привозят после обеда в 15 в 16 - Медленный Wi-Fi, периодический отваливается - скорость около 2-5 Мбит\с - Не хватает лежаков, из-за чего люди забивают их с ночи - Нет человека, который занимался бы музыкой - каждый сотрудник включает что хочет, из-за этого музыка играет то громко то тихо, либо повторяется по несколько раз - Мухи в столовой, с ними никак не борются

Room Clean, Food. Breakfast the same things for 2 weeks : omelette chips and salad Lunch / Dinner very samey with no taste so bring money so you can eat out Serves ok unless there is a German next to you then you become invisible when i ask a barman was it because i was not German the reason he was ignoring me he replied yes The hotel is geared around Germans and from my experience do not like the English Would come back to side as it is a nice area but as for the Sayanora would not recommend When you try and say any thing they dont want to Know

Don’t normally leave reviews but I felt I had to tell what an amazing time we had at this hotel. Food was great and the staff were so welcoming, helpful & friendly but a special thanks must go to Ekram, he absolutely made our holiday the best time ever in Turkey, he goes above & beyond for all guests, nothing is too much trouble for him even going shopping on his day off for me. We have made a friend for life!!! Sayanora, don’t ever let Ekram leave, we will be back in April next year!!!

We have spent one great week in this hotel.The hotel is small but very nice service and also tasty food.The stuff is very kind and helpfull especially Mr.Ekrem :) Small swimming pool but not crowded,close to the beach and Antic Side.You van spend great time im great place :)

The service at the hotel restaurant does a great job. Ekrem waiter is very nice and professional and makes sure that each guest feels good during their stay at the Sayanora hotel. Regards also Gulsen. Thanks to her, we could have a trip to Alanya with the family ❤️

When we arrived at the hotel, we got a room/bungalow. My 3 year old son immediately started having problems with his as**a.  We went out to cool down a bit, gave him medications and he got better while outside.  As we got back to our room, his problems started again.  After looking more closely at the room, we found layers of dust on all surfaces. That room have not been deep cleaned for a while.  I moved two of the single beds together, to make a safe space to sleep for me and my son. There were ants and beetles crawling on the wall behind the bed i moved. Dustbunnies and in general a lot of dirt. I asked reception if its any way for them to send a cleaner to do the cleaning properly.  I was told that all cleaners had gone home for the day.  I asked them, and eventually begged them for permission  to clean the room myself. I was told that im not a cleaner so it's not my job to do it.  We called our contact person in MixxTravels, and after speaking to him, they agreed to send someone to clean the room. The representative also said he would stop by the following day. The representative did not show up. We were told they would call when he did, and that never happened. When the 2 persons arrived at the room, after receptionist and another has been inspecting, i was told by the receptionist: you point and they clean.  In reality this ment, two grumpy people came to the room. One stood at the door with a cloth in his hand, the other person had a mop. He sprayed 2 times on the floor and mopped it. I told them again, that the floor isn't the biggest issue. I asked to get the cloth from the person who stood watching, i started cleaning skirting boards and surfaces for dust. I got about 2 minutes of cleaning in before they asked for the cloth back. They were done, and the room was now clean.  I continued to clean for another hour using baby wipes as i had nothing else to use.  I used almost a whole package of babywipes and got it as good as i could. We got another room the following day, after we paid 66euros for the upgrade.  Our new room was cleaned properly, and i got to see it before i accepted the upgrade to a new room. The cleaning the rest of the week, was lacking to say the least. We had to ask reception for toilet paper and they also didnt empty trash on a regular basis.  The beds are the worst beds I've ever had in a hotel. The sunbeds outside are softer. The bed i had, was rock solid about halfway, and then had no support of any kind the rest of the way. I got food poisoning on day 2, and had issues the following 14 days. Just to be clear, i didn't eat or drink anything from outside the hotel at this point, so the issues have to come from the hotel. Im was missing child friendly options in the food selection. Also, to have to ask to get water is an issue. Its not available. Beer and liquors breakfast was fine, but to get a diet coke you had to wait until lunch time.  A lot of drunk people and not very suitable for child

• We booked via ***********, paid in advance, spoke about room preference with a hotel manager. On arrival, reception denied booking - "we don't have your reservation, we don't work with ***********". No options given, only a room in 2 days from 2.07.2023. Paid €700 for 7 nights right there. • Upon check-in, different receptionist said €140 we owe to them due to a bank commission, dispute ensued. Got room eventually. €140 was price difference due to increased rate actually. • Later, same receptionist asked for payment again, then backed off, apologized. • On penultimate day, they asked parents to pay again. Partner confronted manager after his receptionists harassed my parents by calling them to their room and demanding money with threats. • Manager claimed rate increase justified, no mention of commission. Partner paid 4% to end hassle. Rooms: 2-star quality, outdated and in need of repair. Food: Poor quality, often stale and tasteless. Service: Fast waiters, unhelpful receptionists, zero action on complaints. Facilities: Decent pool, distant beach with limited transport. Verdict: Advertised as 4-star but falls short. Prices similar to nearby hotels with better facilities and service and closer to the beach. Staff needs better service etiquette not to try to rip you off that bluntly, in your face, and on each step of your way.
