We have a very relaxing time at Angkor Heart Bungalow. We enjoyed breakfast at our terrace and swimming in the pool after a exhausting day visiting the temples. Staff provides 5 star service! Special mention for the person in reception (I don´t remember his name) who took care of any request or need immediately and effectively. Best customer service I have ever enjoyed!

Wonderful! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the bungalows are gorgeous and clean with great A/C. Delicious breakfast is served right on your front porch and always on time. The hotel provides complimentary tuk-tuk service to Pub Street as well as airport pick-up. Multiple massage options are available in your room at a great price. But the staff is what really makes this place unforgettable—five stars all the way!

We loved our stay at the Angkor Heart Bungalow and highly recommend it! The private bungalows are spacious, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The pool is refreshing, especially after a long hot day touring the sites. But best of all is the 5 star service by the concierge who was so very kind and helpful. All the hotel staff were absolutely outstanding. We appreciated everything they did to ensure we had a comfortable stay, from providing delicious breakfasts and snacks, to sightseeing recommendations and arranging for the excellent guide Sophan to guide us around the temple complex. They also arranged for the delightful Mr. Heng, an incredibly helpful and experienced tuk tuk driver, to take us around while we were there.

Unfortunately I was able to stay there only two nights, but the experience was completely worth it!! the service was excellent and the location wonderful, clean and completed with a warming and charming atmosphere. The Bungalows are immersed in nature, and customers have the possibility to choose to have their own private pool inside the Bungalow. The room service is excellent, workers are very polite and educated, at 24/7 disposal. Highly suggested!!!

Stayed for 4 days in this amazing accomodation - just 4 Bungalows with a private pool each and a receptionist Minea, who made our stay unforgetable. Amazing service, in the nature outside town Centre, ca. 10 minutes from town center by Tuktuk. They arrange free Tuktuk going to town Centre. We will definetely be back.

巨大なプライベートプールのある、とても愛らしい小さな場所（木造バンガローが5棟だけ）。私たちは 4 人家族ですが、1 つの部屋で 2 つの大きなダブルベッドを共有するのは問題ありませんでした (子供は 11 歳と 14 歳)。スタッフはとても素敵で気が利いていて、ヴィラや庭園/プールの世話をしてくれます。他に何か必要かどうかいつも尋ねてくれます。彼らはポーチでとても素敵な朝食を提供しており（たくさんの選択肢があります）、おいしいディナーを（非常に手頃な価格で）注文することもできます。午後 5 時から午後 7 時までは、レストランやパブ ストリートが集まる町の中心部まで無料のトゥクトゥクを提供しています。彼らは私たちのためにいくつかの旅行も手配してくれました。プノン・クーレン滝で涼しくリフレッシュするのに行くことを絶対にお勧めします。途中で新鮮なパームシュガージュースを飲むために立ち寄るのを忘れないでください。この価格帯でこれより優れたプライベート プール バンガローを見つけることは想像できません。

アンコール ハート バンガローについては、言いたいことがたくさんあります。スタッフは信じられないほど思慮深く、親切で、仕事が素晴らしいです。部屋は清潔で、きれいに整えられています。シャワーとバスルームは素晴らしいです。エアコンはとてもよく効きました。朝食は素晴らしかったです。プールはよく手入れされており、部屋のすぐ隣にあります。シェムリアップの中心部まではトゥクトゥクですぐです。場所はファレ劇場の向かいにあるので、ぜひ訪れる価値があります。人によっては車の騒音が唯一のマイナスかもしれませんが、バンガロー内では気になりませんでした。アンコール ハート バンガローは、アンコール ワットの探索で 2 日間の長い時間を過ごした後にリラックスするのに最適な場所であることがわかりました。他の人にも強くお勧めします。

アンコールハートバンガローズ。この宿泊施設は、市内中心部のにぎやかな観光エリアの喧騒から少し離れた場所にあり、素晴らしい発見でした。私たちを温かく、しかし控えめな歓迎をしてくれたフレンドリーな人々のチームが私たちを迎えてくれました。シンプルな内装の木造の建物には、大きなベッドルームとバスタブとシャワー付きの専用バスルームがありました。伝統的な本物の雰囲気を持ちます。 2 つのプールは、木や低木が茂る手入れの行き届いた美しい庭園内にあります。スタッフは誰にも負けず、街で忙しい一日を過ごした後、冷たいタオル、フルーツジュース、ビスケットやケーキを持ってきて、ベランダで朝食をとりました。この場所を見つけてとてもうれしかったです。

Wonderful and laid-back bungalows in quiet garden setting with pool. Manager and staff were very helpful, kind and attentive. Kids and adults enjoyed pool. They offered us special Christmas meal and farewell gift. Out of the busy tourist district yet easy to get around SR.

One of the most authentic Cambodian experience we could have hoped for. Beautifully appointed bungalows. Immaculately clean. Great bfreakfast on your personal deck. Uncrowded pools. The manager Meas Sopheap is the most helpful and welcoming host you could ever imagine. In fact all of the staff were amazing. Special mention to Mr Crab the Tuk Tuk driver who is a friendly, warm and very safe driver. He also knows all the best places to visit and knows everyone in Siem Reap. My wife, three young children and I had a perfect stay. Definitely coming back as soon as we can. Much love from The O'Shaughnessys.
