When we arrived at Palazzo Borghesi we just couldn't believe this would be home for the next 3 nights. We felt very special and were treated like VIPs. The breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning. Having never been to Siena we weren't sure what to expect... Siena is the most beautiful restful town. Its clean tidy and full of friendly locals that love their town. Thank you we have voted you the best town and accommodation of our trip

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in late October, 2023. We really enjoyed our stay. The Residenza is very beautiful and the location is great-just steps from the Duomo and a short walk to Piazza del Campo. The bar on the first floor was a great place for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and very nice. We would stay here again.

Truly memorable stay in XIV century palazzo which combines antique decor and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, comfortable, had stunning view and spacious bathroom with the daylight. Joanna, receptionist, greeted us with red Tuscan wine and gave us excellent recommendations about local restaurants. We really enjoyed our beautiful stay in stunning Siena and recommend everyone Palazzo Borghesi.

Wow! Absolutely blown away by this place! Was not what we were expecting. It’s only 6 rooms and a lot of stairs ( there is a lift but I don’t like lifts ) It feels like you are stepping back in time when you enter from the street. It’s a former ‘palace’ - much like a grand house from yesteryear and it did not disappoint. Our room was lovely ( Roseo room ) The view was breathtaking- probably one of the best views I have ever had from a hotel room and it felt like the kind of place you might be inspired to write a novel or alternatively to never leave Italy! The window itself was the size of the whole wall and we could see the church where Santa Caterina’s preserved head is on display plus the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Absolutely beautiful! The room had everything we needed, was spotless and the bathroom was modern and luxurious. Breakfast was continental style and eaten in the living area- again- really beautiful. Staff were excellent- so helpful and we felt that our stay in Siena was altogether quite magical.

We had an amazing time the property is so beautiful. Joanna went above and beyond to help us after our tour we had booked was cancelled. The room was cleaned so well during our stay and the breakfast was delicious and so beautifully served in the sitting room. The terrace has the most amazing view and drinking wine there in the afternoon was a highlight. The staff arranged a taxi for us and the option for an early breakfast at the bar next door was very convenient. This was definitely a five star stay with beautiful accommodation in a great location and excellent service.

I am a Travel Agent of 28+ years! Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms. Even the smallest room is very nice by European standards. Staff and owner are very fast at responding to emails and WhatsAPP. Furthermore the entire staff is so helpful and caring when you are there as a guest! Our room was a terrace room and it has an absolutely stunning view of the area. Breakfast was served on the terrace. The room was large and comfortable. The frescos on the ceiling and chandelier was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and sleep well. Bathroom was large and standup shower was great. Air conditioning was good and comfortable on such a hot day. Location cannot be beat! If you are in Siena you must stay here! Prices are so much better than Florence for what you get to enjoy! Just a wonderful property. It’s a solid 4 star hotel. Only reason not 5 star is lack of pool but that is not practical in its location.

First thing, do not try to drive to the hotel. They have an excellent deal with car valet Leonardo, their driver drives your car through cobbled street via sharp bends directly to the hotel, drops you and your cases off outside, returns the car the next day at a specific time, for €35. Try doing it yourself will result in a long lasting domestic. Ring the bell, door opens, small elevator on the right. On the second floor, friendly welcome, beautiful rooms, great shower, check in between 3-7 pm, you get keys to get in and out. You are right in the centre, everything close by. Breakfast al fresco is amazing, try the small roof top terrace. Amazing place

Beautiful view, great location, amazing balcony, good breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful/friendly staff, remodeled & clean bathroom, nice size room, elevator, parking, clear instructions and easy check-in/check-out. The only small suggestion to become perfection is to update the room furniture & decor a little with a nice balance between new and old. Thank you for hosting us; we had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is simply unmatchable, it's easily less than 5 minutes walking from all of Siena's most relevant landmarks. I booked the panoramic suite and the name really does it justice, although there was a terrace right above the room that remained accessible 24/7 that was a delight to be at whilst having a chat and enjoying the view. It is located at the restricted traffic area, but they arranged for me both the parking and the transfer to/from the hotel.
