Pulizia nella norma... le stanze da rimodernare!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Verilen hizmet ve iletişim üst seviye. Kahvaltı yeter ve hizmet güzel. Keşke oda da terlik de olsaydı.

공항근처라서 들린곳... 그냥 뭐 그럭저럭임

A very warm welcome for two soaking wet cycle tourists greeted us on our arrival at this centrally located hotel. Our bikes were securely parked in the hotel garage and our wet luggage did not cause any alarm. Our room was small (but cheap!) and the heating was on, which was nice. We stayed two nights and had both breakfasts in the dining room - excellent. I can't get on with the Italian taste for sweet things in the morning but the selection of cakes looked amazing. I had cold meats, various cheeses, lovely bread, fruit, yoghurt and a boiled egg (we were cycling after all). The shower was great and the room was cleaned in the morning.

This was my second time in Siena and first time at Hotel Duomo. I liked it and would go back. The rooftop area is a nice little place to take a midday break. The staff is very friendly. The location is pretty good. It's close to the Duomo and a short walk to the Piazza. I don't have any complaints and would stay here again!

Due to my stupid mistake, we booked the wrong week to the hotel next door...that's when Mr. Anthonio at the front desk came through like a knight in shining armor. THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR TRIP!!! The breakfast was decent, and better than we expected, more than ample choices. The room was tidy and clean, close to all the main attractions (all about 10 minutes walking distance). Mostly importantly, this hotel has a lift, a must if you have large luggages. THANK YOU!

The beds were TERRIBLE! The shower laughable. This based on European standards, NOT American standards. The location is great. Did I mention, the beds are horrible??

Quirky feel. Lovely view of cathedral from sitting area. Good furniture in bedroom. Excellent breakfast staff

Perfect location: only a few minutes from the Duomo and from the Piazza del Campo. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very clean room which had an amazing view over Siena and the surrounding area! Would definitely stay here again if returning to Siena.
