A truly FANTASTIC AND FIRST CLASS experience. Just amazing attentive service in stunningly beautiful surroundings. Every single detail has been thought of. Dinner was just out of this world with beautifully presented and a inspiring menu full of choice for every palate. Do NOT come here and not stay/eat here, preferably BOTH.

A wonderful gem! We travelled with our 4 year old. As a couple and family the service was excellent. Everyone was truly warm heartedly friendly. We travel a lot for skiing and the service and atmosphere really was unique. The food fantastic and the suit with jacuzzi and slope view a real bonus Despite the snow conditions not being the best we will sure be coming back!!

We had an unforgettable experience at El Lodge. The rooms are lovely -- spacious, clean, and charming -- and the in-room jacuzzis are perfect for apres-ski. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, great food and relaxed vibes with nice views. However, what really stands out about the Lodge is the service. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of whatever we needed. We had initially planned to stay only for a few days, but had such a wonderful time that we came back only weeks later.

An outstanding hotel that really is stunning inside with lovely rooms, a great restaurant and we had a lovely time on the terrace for lunch. In the ski room the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were really friendly all the time. A faultless stay!

An amazing hotel, with very friendly and professional staff. Rafa went above and beyond any and all expectation to help me. Marina was very efficient and took each request in her stride. A very professional, friendly and team. We will be back to stay. Thank you very much.

Ignorant, arrogant and stuck up, obviously a property with absolutely no interest in any other than its guests. Tried to book for dinner as i am staying in the Lux Village Chalets, speaking to reception a disaster and the restaurant even worse. Just no interest at all. Not a single bit of respect of politeness in any of them. Whereas i understand that Hotels have guests, restaurants in such small locations always allow for bookings. In fact all properties around the globe except bookings. These must feel special and believe themselves to be above the rest. Properties with such poor customer services deserve nothing.

From the minute we arrived this place was first class. Nothing could have been made easier, more comfortable, more delicious or better and no one could have been more friendly. We all just loved it! We were travelling with two nearly grown up children and we all had a fantastic time.

What a magical trip we had at El Lodge! Our suite was just beautiful, so much so I was sad we couldn’t spend more time in it. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel and each meal was as good at the last. The menu selection was vast & the quality of the food was sublime. The service we received was fantastic & made our stay truly special. I cannot wait to return!
