We loved this resort! Quaint, cute and quiet. The room could have used another chair and a small table since it was a kitchenette, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay anyway!

We loved our stay. Room was nice and clean. Walking distance to beach and all amenities. Great location! Pool was nice also.

The resort was great but you, *******, you suck you misrepresented gave me a false picture of took money from me and did not deliver what you were going to do and as usual you do nothing about it or do not respond ******* sucks

Our room was literally inside their bar area. We had to pay extra to be moved outside of the bar, no privacy and very loud.

Newly updated beautiful room. They supply sand chairs, beach towels and cooler to use. Extremely clean!

We stayed here before 2 years ago. As with many other places charges were added for early check in $25.00 and parking $10.00. If you are charging for parking there should be parking when you are ready to park. This was not the case and had to double park in front of someone. Just tired of these extra charges on top of high prices.

The property was very well maintained .and attractive. The renovated rooms near the pool were great. well furnished and supplied. pool area quiet and pleasant. location good access to beach. The rooms near the street and tiki bar are subject to noise as well as from the bar across the street. They are very close to bar. we were originally placed in one of those, which after some discussion, we moved to very nice renovated pool area rooms. quiet and private there. we enjoyed our stay after initial problems with room location and appreciated the staff being willing to work with us on that.

Great location of the resort! Near many restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and attentive. Heated pool is a beautiful atmosphere and kept clean. Amenities of having a cooler, beach towels, bikes and wagon to use were definite perks. Would stay again!

We enjoyed a 3 day visit over Valentine's Day. The location of the resort was wonderful..across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We loved the outdoor facilities..hammock, lounge chairs, hot tub and pool. We were in a poolside room that just had a kingside bed, a small closet with the beach chairs, cooler and luggage rack but only 3 hangers for clothes. It did have a surfboard on the wall with hooks. Also had a frig and microwave. The room was ok, but we could have used a chair or somewhere else to sit besides the bed. They are remodeling many of the rooms and we got to have a peak at what they would look like. We definately would try those rooms next time. Downside of being poolside was that calypso music was playing during pool hours and workers were in the room next to us most of the day. Staff was fantastic, tiki bar was fun, and we enjoyed lots if entertainment and great food. Free bottled water, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were nice to have. We didnt have a chance to try the bikes. We did find out staff can change the music at the pool if you ask.

AMAZING!!!! GREAT LOCATION!!!! BEST LOCATION. LOVE BOUTIQUE HOTELS ESPECIALLY ON SIESTA KEY!! WE NEED MORE OF THEM. ESPECIALLY FROM YOUR GROUP!!!!

Frustrated when they did not bring us new towels. 3 calls and 4 hours later the front desk clerk saved the day as housekeeping never responded. Overall a nice place to stay.

When we were shown the room that was originally booked it was unacceptable.. The entrance door was 3 feet from the open air tiki bar. Then, of course, we were shown another room that was further away,and at a substantial upgrade in price. Since, at that point,we didn't have an option,we took it. The new room was adequate but the bathroom needed some repairs. Location of the property was very good but we felt the initial room shown was a scam.

This property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The premises is somewhat dated and the bar within the property is extremely busy and LOUD! If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. The front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant

We loved our stay here! We travelled with our 2 kids and stayed in the king studio with a king bed and bunk beds. It was perfect for the family and was newly updated. The resort was clean and staff was friendly. The resort is beautiful landscaped with a heated pool and hot tub. Very short walk to the beach.
