Hotel i very big. The staff is very nice even if they don’t speak engkish they are very helpfull. Manager of gasts Seda is speaking english, german And french - she will do everything you would need. Seda help Us a lot by visiting this lovley are. Highly recomend this choice 🤗

I was often in dubai with the most best places. But Royal Teos is from now the best place to be. All inclusive, best animation, best service, and all very nice workers! Calisanlar cok guler yuzluler, yardim sever, animasyon cok ilgili, all inclusive. Bizi cok Guzel agirladiginiz icin cok tesekur ederim. Seneye kesinlikle Geri gelecez. Ik ben op meerdere beste plaatsten van Dubai geweest, maar een hotel als Royal Teos heb ik nog nooit gezien. De werkers zijn supervriendelijk, behulpzaam, animatie was heel goed en vooral een all inclusief hotel. Ze hebben ons thuis laten voelen, daarom keer ik volgend jaar zeker weer! Bedankt Royal Teos voor alles!

Beware when booking the maisonette rooms for your family if you have small children (ours are age 2, 5 and 6). There is a gap at the top they could all fall through which in the day time isn’t a problem as I can watch them but at night it isn’t ideal if they wake to use the bathroom. The food is alright for an all inclusive, and there is a good choice. Communal areas are clean but the rooms especially bathrooms are tired and dirty in places so not in line with a European 5*. The hotel has introduced a Halal concept which was not mentioned on our tour operator webpages anywhere or on any UK webpages (we booked through loveholidays who are basically unable to help us). Therefore I am unable to swim in the pools as I did not pack a burkini or similar swimwear. You cannot sit in a swimsuit by the pools either. It’s ok though, the men can wear tiny swim shorts and that is allowed. The hotel website is in Turkish and the reception staff do not speak English. The information they provide about activities and the restaurants is in Turkish and one of the porters helpfully translated this for us. Be aware alcohol is not allowed on site if you are expecting this in your all inclusive. Halal concept is a wonderful idea for those who wish to stay at a resort like this. But it would have been useful to know this information before we booked /travelled. The hotel management have told us they only informed the suppliers/operators 3 weeks ago about the new change.

I stayed at this resort with my sister. It was a brilliant hotel and we had an amazing executive suite that overlooked the sea. The person that made this hotel even more special was Cansu - she was the Reception Manager and she was just brilliant. Very professional, courteous, attentive, caring and very patient with us. From the very start she showed us our room, gave us all the detail about the hotel and what would be the best spas to have. She had excellent knowledge of the local area and always gave the best sincere and honest advice. The resort itself was very good - we had an exec suite which was brilliant, the food was great ! The spas wete even better. We were treated sooo well - Thank You Cansu and the Team at Royal Teos simply incredible :)!!! - Mahwash & Sadaf

Very nice hotel and location. The food was delicious. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels changed. Seferihisar is also a beautiful place to visit. Top Hotel Teos Resort I recommend it to everyone

With animation team we have great time specialy with Gulay ,she was kindles and special ,we made a lot activitis with women 😍👌🏻,hotel was perfect ,and had perfect view ,hotel has perfect cleaning and perfect staff ,we enjoyed very much 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰,the pool was very clear,spa was perfect ,we do it masage ,and we have a lot of fun 😍

We were lucky and booked just one night… One night was definitely enough in order to never come back again… the room and the view was okay… the food was disgusting… there was mold in the cheese. The food was cold and without any taste. The restaurant was located in the dark assembly hall. The service was very slow and not professional. The hotel was completely empty… like a ghost hotel. The workers don’t speak English or other languages… only Turkish. Only the spa worker Julia was very friendly and could speak English and Russian. The massage lady Janti was very professional. The spa opening hours are complicated. The only time you can use the spa as a family is from 15.30 till 20.00. other times are just for women or man usage. In the man time usage female workers are there… it just doesn’t make any sense. I used the spa in the women times… only me and another lady were there… my 9 year old son was not allowed to join and had to stay in the room… it is the halal concept… Sauna works till 18.00. The spa is old… many things were closed. The steam room is dirty and extremely hot. It is dangerous to use it. We stayed just one night and I have already got bacterial infection of the throat - probably due the lack of hygiene. We can’t recommend this hotel… it is maximum worth 50 Euro per night. In the summer time they expect you to pay 500 Euro. It is nonsense…

This Hotel will surprise everyone who plans holiday here☺ The journey from the airport by bus is around 45 min. The Hotel's position is close to the small village called Sigacik, where is a port and nice view is on the top of the road you will walk to. First you will be fascinated at the hotel is, the fabulous view to the see landed in front of you /actually behind the hotel / huge hall with the reception prepared to help any time. Rooms are nice we had view at the see side😍😍unbelievable panorama to see each day🙏 In the room is all you need, safe, huge bed😊,fridge with drinks free, kettle with coffe or tea for mornings👌bathroom has hairdrier also with everything you need.The only one thing was bad..smell of drain... We had all incusive so I think there is enough of everything...food,drinks,cakes,fruits... Hotel has good gym for free, table tennis,volleyball playground,football playground, bowling an billiard,music bar and else for fee. Every evenings there is program with live music singer and kids disco. Beach is nice and gardens are full of nice flowers🌼where everyday two nice ladies made a baked snacks free. Ocean is a bit colder than We are used to.. Also weather is quite windy all day. The stuff is very friendly all day taking care about you to have water and good mood🤣 if u have any other questions don't hesitate to ask me😍

We really happy to have our holiday here at Royal Teos Everything iş perfect. We will be here for our future holidays. I recommnet to everybody. FOODS ARE SUPER..POOLS ARE SUPER..SERVICE IS SUPER..DO NOT PAY MORE TO OTHER HOTELS..ROYAL TEOS IS THE BEST
