Очень понравилось на вилле, тихо, красиво, парковка бесплатная, кровать удобная, чай, кофе в номере, 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. Завтраки нормальные, не прям изобилие, но голодными не останетесь.

Attentive staff, spacious and well-appointed rooms and a restaurant serving a wide range of local specialities, including gluten-free cuisine, which we recommend. Wonderful breakfast and a dream park surrounding the property . Aplace to stay in the Toscana near Firenze !

We recently stayed here for 4 days with our two kids and loved every bit of it. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, especially the beds – we all slept like logs! The breakfast was a hit with lots of choices for everyone, even our picky eaters. What really made our stay special was how friendly the staff was. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Alessandro was always keen to check on our well being and comfort. In short, this place is awesome for families. Great rooms, yummy breakfast, and super nice people. We’re definitely coming back!

We are American visitors and stayed in this wonderful villa for two nights. The property is very beautiful and the receptionists are special kind and helpful. We like to come back and stay more days.

So, when I travel back to a place i`ve already been to, I usually try some place different. I would, without hesitation, come back to Borgo di Villa Castelletti on my next visit. Beautiful place, huge rooms, great breakfast, great restaurant, great location and the best staff in the world. Alessandro and his staff made us feel so welcome that we felt like family. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Awful. We didn’t stay. Checked in and after seeing the reception area and the rooms we checked straight out again.

Hated it. Didn’t stay long enough to explore after being shown to the rooms we quickly left. Horrible rooms, dated dark and strong chemical air freshener smell, nothing like the photos on the website of either rooms or reception that looked dingy and grubby. Obviously lost all the money we had prepaid.

Excellent customer service and breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are huge with AC. Signa train station is 5 min drive and there is a large public parking near by. We parked there twice and no issues. Signa is really small station and has train to SM Florence(Firenze) every 30-45 mins..Receptionist will give you train schedule as well.

The location and grounds of this hotel are incredible - great views everywhere, nice swimming pool. Perfect to explore Tuscany. The best part is the staff - so friendly and helpful, they gave us so many great ideas of where to go. We will be back for sure! Loved it.
