Bon hôtel et personnel efficace ! Bon accueil , propre, calme

They charged my cc before I was there and charged by mistake three times. So I paid three times. After leaving the receptionist acted to refund me, but it resulted in one more debit. Hugely disappointed and one week later I'm still waiting for my money back.

Service good. Attached restaurant was fine for the family. Got two attached rooms. Breakfast was fine. All good. No complaints

At the end of the day, this is a budget hotel chain. However, this hotel is spotlessly clean, well decorated and modern. There is plenty of free parking too. The only criticism is that it's not walking distance to the town centre, but is convenient for the cinema. We stayed here for 3 nights whilst touring the area and were not disappointed with our family room.

The pillows are indeed very fluffy and the beds very comfortable, I shared a room with a friend of mine and the beds were not terrible too close together and for a budget hotel, I will not moan. The offer of breakfast for a very small price and clean room with a shower like you have at home. There is an excellent bar down stairs and close to city centre which offers every thing you can need. Pontivy is a good town full of character and good food and lively for a town which is tucked away. If I was in need of a room again I would select this hotel again.

It was an enjoyable stay with all the necessary facilities , a very helpful staff , good parking , and near other amenities . This hotel was one of the best hotels in our tour around the Massif Central and Brittany , facilities and service vary quite widely around France , as awe have found in our many trips .

Personnel accueillant et agréable. Chambre propre avec le confort utile. Literie de bonne qualité. La télévision pourrait être fixée au mur plutôt que posée sur un meuble à la même hauteur que le lit
