horrible stay at this hotel… i don’t know that guy who was standing at reception he is owner or ***ager very rude behaviour i have heard he was back *****ing about the guests and always ready to argue .. obviously if we are paying we need the facilities. No electricity.. if you ask something you have to wait till 3-4 hrs to get… i would not recommend this hotel… i have stayed in ***y hotels in different states but never got such a bad experience

I like the hotel and stuffs Kitchen stuffs are best I personally like their behaviour and I appreciate this . I would like to say ***ager is a good person as well the foods are reasonable and tastes good .

One of our most memorable stays at Siliguri. Wonderful hospitality and awesome food. Rooms are neat, well maintained and have good amenities. People are good behaved. Will visit again. The best part of our stay is their restaurant.

Excellent hotel good food staff behaviour was nice overall it’s a great experience for me . Location is very good newr to market on the main road of hill cart road siliguri . I will recommend to stay here
