Good Service and excellent behaviour of all employees of this hotel. Expect to come again and definitely will stay here only in Siliguri. Only thing that the Car hire charges for NJP station drop is little bit higher side. If Hotel can arrange this facilities with justified rates then it would be more convenient for the guests.

Excellent. Staff members are all very courteous and helpful. My Wife, who travelled with me and needed help especially by the most willing help forthcoming from all without even being asked. Food was very good and room service satisfactory. Special mention of Mr Akash of front Offuce and Mr Sw***p of Housekeeping must be made herein. A functional bar will be very nice addition to the Hotel's overall image.

Sourav, Saikat and Sandeep was a great help us to our family. They really did their Job well done. Thank you. All I can say is that the response from the other side of call then to forget or response late. I hope the hotel ***agement will work it out the issue soon.

Its a best hotel to stay in Siliguri when you travel for Darjreling or Siikim... Its a newly opened 4 star hotel... Location... Service... Staff... Food.. n everything else is perfectly well... Loved our stay.. specially to mention for Anup n Papan for clearing the mess we made in our रूम.. 👍👍we strongly recomend for Hiland hotel... ❤️

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Mr. Sw***p & swati mishra were so helpful.

It’s a very good hotel and the staffs are really good and kind. Mr Sw***p from house keeping has been really good and has given us the best service, Mr Surajat from house keeping been good too. The rooms are nice and very well maintained and staffs are well trained.

First time I stay in this hiland hotel . This hotel was very location. All staff well grooming and train . Specially housekeeping staff good behaviour thanks Mr. Papai Biswas , Nisha Das , Biswajit Karmakor And Jyoti . The Breakfast and other Food items were also nice would recommend this hotel

My stay at Hiland was short but very nice! The breakfast was wonderful. In addition to the food items on display, they make omelets and dosa. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Hospitality was great, especially Bhumika, Sw***p, and Anshu!

The hotel is excellent, and everyone here is super nice. Housekeeping boy Saurav Dutta was just a call away for anything I needed in the room. Bell boys Adir & Amit were also very nice and cooperative. And ***ager Bhuma is so friendly and an amazing hu*** being. A must-visit hotel!
