I had a disappointing experience at Ramada Hotel Siliguri. The room sizes were incredibly small, and there was a persistent bad smell e***ating from the blankets. It was definitely not suitable for a family stay. Moreover, the service was subpar, deserving no more than one star. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. For a far superior experience, I highly recommend considering Courtyard Marriott or Lemon Tree instead

Each and every person from the entering gate till the house keeping is an excellent staff ...always positive helpful and calm. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. A happy customer. Special thanks to Mr Dhirendra.

This appreciation is for room service staff Mr.Dhiren and front desk staff who walked extra miles to provide absolutely warm and very welcoming experience ,made our experience comfortable and would really like to stay here for our layovers in bagdodgra.

Below par in every sense for the price including room, common areas, restaurant, food, service and overall experience.

Had booked this hotel as part of transit for a quick night's stay. The hotel is located at a prime location with easy access to nearby dining and shopping destinations. The airport is about 40 mins drive away. The rooms are cost. However, the hotel can greatly improve on cleanliness of bed linen as we found that our bed linen had a few spots on them. The staff at the Rey was very helpful and the breakfast was one of the good breakfasts I have had in one of the smaller cities.

It was great stay with ramada once again , I would like to appreciate front desk staff name deeksha , very polite and helpful throughout my stay . And i would like mention that this property has best Chinese food in india . I really love this Kudos to entire F&B team . Thanks once again

The staff are very kind and the service was prompt. The ambience of the restaurant was really nice. The rooms were hygienic and had comfortable beds. Staff pushkar was really hard working and kind. I would like to make a visit soon. Thank you so much.

Rooms are very good, housekeeping excellent, very good breakfast. Efficient and supportive front desk. Very good value for money. Very conveniently located in Siliguri. Like some other Ramada , this hotel need to improve dinner menu and quality.

Room was neat & clean. Food was very good and service staffs are very good. Every staff of this hotel are very professional and well trained. Security is very good in this hotel as I have travelled alone. Keep it up. Overall my experience is excellent.
