+ ロケーションが良い、近くにレストランがたくさんある + バス停 + スタッフはいつもとてもフレンドリーでした - 駐車場のスペースが非常に狭く、多くの場合、駐車場が満車で屋外に駐車しなければなりませんでした（ガレージの駐車料金はまだ満車でした） - 部屋の空調ユニットにはフィルターを交換する必要があるという警告がありました（幸いなことにエアコンを使用する必要はありませんでした） - 特定の日にはチェックイン時に清掃サービスを注文する必要がありましたが、これは遵守されませんでした（約束した日に清掃サービスは来ず、タオルはまだ床に置かれており、ベッドは新しく作られていませんでした） - 非常に古いバスルーム - 水が温まるまでに時間がかかりました。全体的にまだきれいです

スタッフはフレンドリーで感じがよかったのですが、部屋の照明には満足できませんでした。人間工学的に適切な照明ではなく、部屋（317号室）に滞在中、暗すぎて快適に過ごせませんでした。さらに、部屋には小さな冷蔵庫（予約時にミニバーがあるのを見たのを覚えています）や、フランクフルトやドルトムントの別のNHホテルにあったようなコーヒーメーカー/ボイラーもありませんでした。

メルセデスでのトレーニングに便利なホテルが必要でした。 11 号館までは徒歩 15 分、鉄道駅までは 5 分以内です。ホテルの近くには美味しいレストランやショップがたくさんあります。素敵な部屋、朝食は素晴らしく、ホテルのスタッフは親切です。唯一不便なのは道路からの騒音で、窓を開けているとかなりうるさいことがあります。

Nice location for the business purpose. Parking is available. All good enough. I would come again without any hesitation. Breakfast was reach enough and it was very fresh. Free hot drinks were also good for chatting at lobby.

almost good. Breakfast is delicious.I love these foods,most of sandwitch is especially. I could sleep deeply ,because here is silent place. There is near station.Covenient. A cup of cofee is free. There is good place for me. I would stay here next time.

Clean and big rooms. Very friendly staff. Good service. Recommend. Really near Mercedes-Benz manufactory. Staff can order a taxi for you. Sweet candies on a reception, lemon water also here. Thank you!

Good location, but the building is really tired. Rooms are 20 years old, desperately need refurbishing. Beds are comfortable, rooms are kept clean. Breakfast is ok, but another hotels in NH chain offer better choice of food. Staff is nice and helpful.

During my stay at the hotel, the staff was very attentive and friendly. Sheikh especially was very helpful and gave great service to ensure not just us, but all guests had a wonderful experience! From parking instructions, to recommendations on places to eat, to just welcoming us daily with a smile made this a top experience in hotel stays!

This hotel is not 5 star, but the staff make it 5 star service around the clock. Omer at the front desk was ver attentive to the needs and 10 of my colleagues that stayed here the week of July 10. The night manager was also extremely attentive and showed concern for colleagues that arrive late and ensured they got settled in with no effort. This is an example of 5 star service. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants and again the staff will provide recommendations that are spot on. Thank you NH Sindelfingen team! Well done!

I can recommend the hotel. I will come back everything was great. The staff is very friendly and a courteousand many thanks to the best receptionist Mr Kesgin. The hotel is very close to the city center and Mercedes Benz factory that is very ideal. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Great hotel and very central. You can sleep peacefully and comfortably. Located across from Mercedes, the NH Hotel is very convenient for Mercedes guests, just across the street. Decent room and bathroom. Do not hesitate! The pillow is also well arranged. Very comfortable and large beds. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was very good, plentiful and varied. There weren't enough parking spaces, but Mr Kesin managed that very well. The team at the reception is very friendly, helpful and very customer-oriented. I would like to thank Mr. Kesin in particular, he tried very hard and even went out with me during check-in so that I could get a parking space and park. That is not a matter of course. Such great service!
