Gregor Nelson in the VIP lounge was a STAR. We had numerous flight delays causing extreme travel disruption (we were going to miss a connecting flight), so we needed to sort out airlines, hotels, prescription refills, babysitters and all kinds of logistics. Because of my Hilton Honors status, Gregor let us sit in the VIP lounge to charge our phones and use the wifi to sort out all of these details. His positive, friendly attitude made a huge difference for us on an otherwise very stressful day.
