ホテルはとても素敵で新しい外観です。とてもきれい。アンドレは、すべてのスタッフと同様にフロントデスクでとても親切です。ここが大好きでした。しかし、長期滞在にはもっと設備が欲しいのですが、価格と2泊の場合は完璧でした。通りの向こうのリドル食料品店。

部屋は良いです、朝食は大丈夫です、素敵なエリアとサービスはフレデリコとマルコがいつもそこにいてとても親切でしたおかげで本当に良かったです。このエリアは本当に素晴らしい公園の隣にあり、仕事をすればオエラスショッピングモールを見つけることができます。たくさんのお店と食事の機会

We asked for a soup, breads and water at the Ibis Kitchen. As they have a limited menu and we are vegetarians, I ordered by Uber Eats a vegetarian food for us. When I got it and sat again with my boyfriend. The frontdesk was at our table and said we couldn't eat anything ordered outside the hotel. It was cold 13C and they just had an external area without proper roof and not heated. I said we couldn't eat outside freezing and he said it was not his business. Then we asked where was the rules about not eating food ordered outside and he said that's not written but it doesn't matter because there is anything allowing us to eat inside. We fell awful! I've been in many hotels of the Accor chain but that was our first terrible approach like that. Extremely intolerant because despite we did not agree him, we didn't refuse to obey ”the rules”. He suddenly showed up again while I was checking online about our rights as a costumer and he said he had called the hotel director whom assured the hotel rule to not allow us to eat inside Ibis Kitchen. The first point we're not deaf or people with a cognitive impairment , we did got the message at the first time, what we told him to leave us alone because we're not eating anything. I was just with the package on the table. I'm a Platinum Loyalty Client Program and I can't describe what disappointed treatment at this hotel. Diogo is a rude, impolite, impatient and unprofessional frontdesk. Surely we never come back to Ibis Lisboa Sintra hotel. We've registered our bad experience but we know that's probably a wasting of time book... It's not about the hotel rules it's about how you treat and approach your guests. It's about the professional way you can handle situations and not arguing costumer with harsh answers. We ended up having cold dinner at the hotel room because we're a couple and the room had only one chair. So as we appreciate some dignity when having dinner, we waited an extra chair. We consider eating food on the bedroom not our trip priority.

Myself and my 4 year old son stayed here for a weekend, and it was fantastic! We received excellent communication from the front desk via email as we arrived after check in, which meant we could get straight up to our room upon arrival. It's in a great location, and has modern, clean, fresh décor and super friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and A/C. There was plenty of extra bedding in the cupboards too which meant you could change the sheet for a duvet if the weather suddenly changed. The breakfast was a good price, and great continental selection; my son ate everything in sight, and they even went above and beyond to make him pancakes as a treat! There was an honesty bar available throughout the day too for any quick snacks or drinks which was reasonably priced. There's a local grocery shop, pharmacy, café and restaurants all 5mins walk away too which is so useful when travelling with children. Sintra itself was beautiful, my son loved the views, visiting Quinta da Regaleira and spotting the 'castles!' on top of the hills. Do be aware Sintra has a micro climate so the weather can be breezy and cooler than expected! Thank you to all the staff and friendly guests for making us feel so at home, and 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

Rating 0/5 - Exceptions to this RATING - Are the polite & extremely helpful Jessica @ the front desk & Andre the Rooms Manager who went out of their respective ways to meet any requirements needed. Firstly, my reservation was booked 2 months prior yet NO NOTIFICATION that the Hotel name & brand had changed a couple weeks prior. With a few street signs & the massive New Name signage on the hotel marquis , I was not notified of the NH Re- Branding. I was told that ALL guests were notified of this Change of Corporate Re- Branding . When I explain this to the Day front Desk Manager his reply was nothing they can do as it all comes from Head Office (poor apology ). I checked all previous correspondence & no such emails were received by me despite being assured that notifications were sent to all arriving guests! After an 8 hour flight from Toronto Canada & driving past the hotel 3 times up & down one way streets, finally parked & asked where is the Tivoli Sintra Hotel? I was directed in its direction. Jessica @ the front desk walked back with me to my car ( got in with my wife & I ) & guided us through the streets to the hotel. Wonderful ! Andre was most attentive & any request was followed through with the expertise & care of a 5 star manager (a hand written note expressing his desire to be of service should we require anything) was in our room . COMMENDABLE! Now my rating is based not on these two wonderful caring staff But the other staff & room encounters. The shower head kept falling down on the bar so could only be used by hand . The evening front desk manager came to the room & apologizing said it would be repaired in the morning, still not corrected by next day. I asked for 4 towels as the shower floor was soaking wet ( said could give us ONLY 2 ) from the ill functioning shower-head, also the sink faucet spout that spewed water over the entire area (poor design) choice. The house maid came & cleaned entire bathroom that evening so we could still use it the next day - lovely lady despite no English we gestured what was required and she met our expectations. The following day we went @9:30 pm for a late light dinner. After being seated by a bus boy who did not provide us with table settings, we waited 10 minutes as the Waiter walked by us twice with no acknowledgment as to our presence (saying he would be with us momentarily would have been considerate). He proceeded to serve another table 3 feet from us, who were asking for additional drinks as they were obviously there for some time dining. We finally got up from the table & in dismay the waiter looked at us. We stated that being ignored & as guests of the hotel were upset with this level of disrespect & lack of hospitality professionalism. Lastly, I had sent an email at the time of booking advising of this being a special 70 th Birthday trip for my wife, to the hotel Manager that any niceties that could be offered would be appreciated. The room was nice and tidy, the staff was very lovely and helpful, breakfast was good and the sourroundings very beatiful (i had been to sintra and the cost). I was there by car and found it usefull, i don't know how good the bus connections are...
