The Hard Rock is an AWESOME property! EVERYONE at the hotel and on the ****** floor are extremely friendly and the rooms are EXCELELNT!

Great stay. The only reason I didn’t give the highest rating was because the buffet was not up and running. We knew we were staying while there were renovations going on, so not really a big deal or surprise. Non-smoking section in the ****** was as small as I have ever seen.

We love the room, but it wasn't set up for 3 people, only 2. The closet doors don't work, and the bathroom door doesn't close. Finally limited food options. But overall, enjoyed our stay.

Our room was nice and it was clean. We enjoyed almost everything about our stay here. The only front desk person clearly was new and not very knowledgeable. It was unfortunate that nearly all dining options were closed. I assume they never opened again after Covid. They really should declare this clearly to guests at the time of booking. The biggest issue and the reason for my lower score is that I booked with a third party but the hotel also charged me for the full fee of the stay. I was double charged. Weeks later I noticed the error by coincidence. They admitted that they have a known training issue where third party bookings were double billed. It is completely unacceptable that they didn't take action to find these billing mistakes and correct them.

Fun place to spend the night. Appreciate the complimentary drink. Fitness room is fantastic but could stand to be a little cooler (temp.) On a previous stay, I mentioned the nasty smell in the lobby, halls and rooms. Lobby was definitely better this time, but halls and room still not so good. Service at the cafe was great and relatively affordable.
