I stayed 2 be closer 2 work. Got snowed in with a bad vehicle. Ur staff drove me 2 work, right down the street. Ur staff took time 2 get me 2 work. Thank u so much. Great place n great ppl.

The staff that we had encountered were very kind and informative. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. However, our room needed some cleaning and repair work. The area where the tile and the carpet met was damaged and the carpet tacks were sticking up and we stepped on them. This area needs to be repaired before anyone else steps on them. The shower door and bathroom floor needs to be cleaned.

The hotel is a bit older but it was clean and comfortable and had good food and selections for breakfast.

I've stayed at this location before and the quality of care and hospitality is amazing! I will definitely be staying again in the future!

The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was dim.

It was okay, but just okay. The hotel is just tired and needs refreshing. Bathroom lighting was very dim, the colors were really out of date, as you know, the carpeting is loose, has ripples and needs replacement. The mattresses are also old and in need of replacement. There is a reading chair, but no reading light. We were surprised that housekeeping didn't visit the room to replace towels, but no big deal, I just went to front desk to get some.

I was disappointed the pool and spa were out of order and could not change my reservation. Non refundable. Beds are comfortable and room was nice, but no one at front desk when I arrived and no answer when I called the number that was left at desk to call. I waited ten minutes until someone came out.

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for a Halloween party and i thought i lost my wallet at the bar. We live 2 hours away and I'm supposed to leave on a plane on Wednesday which is tough with no ID! The front desk called to let me know they found it while they were cleaning. Their customer service is exceptional! If i have to list any type of complaint it would only be that the beds, while ok, could use better mattresses.

I choose this hotel so that my kids could have a fun weekend using the pool. I was not informed until I had checked in that the pool was out of service. Had i been informed i would have canceled my stay and made other arrangements. I even received an email from the hotel the day before but they never mentioned that the pool would be closed. My kids were absolutely gutted, I understand pools breakdown, what upsets me is the lack of communication. Had it not been for that I would've had a very positive review of this hotel: very clean, quiet, and delicious breakfast.
