Etheres is one of the best places we've stayed at. Most welcoming, caring staff (Lavdia and Malik) and owners, stunning view, beautiful and practical design, attention to details, well cared for garden.

I spent a week at one of the gorgeous houses with my grandma. I’m 22 and she’s 72 and we both had an amazing time. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise and ate our breakfast by our private pool. During the day we did all kinds of different things. You can go into town or drive to one of the many beaches and go swimming or go hiking. On the days we felt lazy we just stayed at the house, went swimming in our pool and read a book. In the evenings we went to the harbour or the little bar in town right down the hill from the houses or enjoyed the sunset from our porch. You do need a car to go to the beaches or to some restaurants, but otherwise you wouldn’t have the gorgeous view on top of the little hill. Whether it’s with kids or just your friends there is something for everyone. The owners were super nice and helpful whenever we had any questions or needed recommendations. Al in all I definitely recommend staying the etheres.

We stayed in the sea view rooms which were very nicely appointed and clean. The staff was alway on hand for anything we needed. Beautifull outdoor space with private pool. A very short drive from Nikiti old town. Cannot recommend it enough.

My stay at Etheres was amazing. 4 nights of total bliss. The thing I appreciated most is how clean the villas was and the premises ( pool, backyard, outside chairs and tables ). The view is absolutely terrific. You can see the whole city of Nikiti and the beautiful blue sea. AC was working great and it was placed in the living room so we could keep it on all night long without bothering any of the bedrooms. The shower gel and shampoo provided were plenty and very high quality also. The beach is only a 5-6 minutes drive. Most of the good taverns and bars are near the location, 3-4 minutes drive or 10-15 minutes walk. Also there is a delivery service that got us all the needed goodies, breakfast in the morning etc. The host provided us with a list of the best restaurants in the area, we visited 3 of them and they were very good indeed. Also there is gentleman that cleans the private pool 2 or 3 times per day, that kept my wife really happy. Upon leaving we asked for a late checkout and the host agreed at no extra cost! Very nice and friendly from their side ! I recommend this location 10/10, I want to return next year.

This is a wonderful place in an amazing location. Just 5-10 minutes by car from the centre of the town, you're transported to a natural landscape with spectacular mountain and distant-sea views, feeling immediately renewed by breathing in the fresh air fragrant from the rosemary, oregano, sage and lavender shrubs, welcomed by the amazing manager Malik and his staff -- all polite, there to answer questions or suggest ideas for walks, terribly efficient - and a lovely swimming pool. The carefully put-together minimalist aesthetic of the private courtyards on both sides of the villas and of the interior space is beautiful and functional. The kitchenette is very well equipped (the espresso pods were delicious) - ideal for breakfast and snacks (easy shopping in the town). Beautiful and easy hikes further up the hill or down to the picturesque old village of Nikiti (don't miss visiting the bar and/or the restaurant there). A car is a must. The Nikiti beach is not terribly interesting but you can easily visit wonderful beaches and villages nearby. We loved Etheres so much though that we didn't feel the need to venture beyond it every day. Ideal for those who look for natural beauty, serenity, style, but also easy access to restaurants and beaches. I certainly hope to make it back.

We went to Etheres as a group of 30 people, as a company event abroad. We got 6 villas there and even before we arrived, it was already a very pleasent experience. The girls who manage the estate are amazing and will assist with everything they can, they even booked the transport from the airport and back for us, as well as assisting with shopping for food and giving tips on where to go and which restaurants to visit during our stay. The welcome was very warm and friendly, we could always go to them if we needed anything. The facility manager even drove to town with his car to come and get us, when a colleague couldn´t make it by foot. So the staff alone is very, very sweet and helpful all the time. Much appreciated! To the villas itself: The pictures don´t lie, the housing was amazing. Every villa has their own pool, the specific one I had was also facing the sea. Waking up in the morning, going outside to eat something and just taking in the view, then afterwards jumping into the pool while feeling the sun on your skin. Absolutely fantastic. I can imagine that it is a really romantic get away for couples too, you have to look at the villas though, as most of them only have bushes between the pools (it is always two villas beside each other). So you should always be dressed as if someone could see you out there ;) The good news is: If it isn´t your neighbour or some of the sweet members of staff, there won´t be many people stopping by, because you can also enjoy peaceful silence up there. The location is pretty far up a hill which provides a spectacular view over Nikiti and up to the sea and some islands far away - but maybe not the best spot for people who either don´t have a car or are not the fittest with walking. For us - the location was perfect. Some even want to come back with their significant others or even alone and just enjoy the peaceful and romantic ambience. Absolutely stunning location. Me and my partner stayed here for 8 days, and cannot fault the place. Very friendly staff and extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing villa, huge thanks to Malik and Elda for looking after us, and being so welcoming. We also made friends with the local cats making it very hard to leave them behind! If you stay here, definitely rent a car, Cecile will give you contact details for a good car rental company (thank you Cecile for all your help). There’s plenty of local beaches, bars and restaurants near by. We did some really cool activities, such as horse riding/swimming with horses, scuba diving and rented a boat from pirate boats, all amazing experiences. All in all the best holiday and I highly recommend this place!

Best choice i have ever made! The houses are so comfortable and modern. The design matches the location perfectly! The service is so warm and attentive. I couldn't have picked a better place to relax solo!
