Hot water in the shower didn't work well. No fan in the bathroom. Difficult to control the heat in the room over night. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area needed replenished more frequently. Bed was marvelous, linens cozy, room quiet.

The woman who checked us in, Angel, was overly cordial and nice to the couple who was in front of us. Apparently they were Diamond-level customers as they were given a bag of goodies. She even wished them a Happy Thanksgiving. When I got up to the counter and Angel saw that I made my reservation through *******, her entire demeanor changed. No smile, no nice words. Cold and rude. After swiping my CC for the $50 holding charge for incidentals, she told me to swipe my card again for another $119.50 charge. When I questioned her about that and told her that I already paid through *******, she said she knew that, but I still needed to swipe my CC again, so I did. Got to the room & I wanted to take a hot shower. I let water run for several minutes, still no hot water. So I went down to the counter and told Angel. She didn’t say sorry for the inconvenience. Just gave me a key to a new room. The woman at the front desk this morning was everything you would expect for a front counter employee. She was kind, polite, apologized for the error made by Angel, and credited my card appropriately. The woman who was working the breakfast bar was friendly and courteous too. Although I know that several businesses are short-handed and that businesses have to take what they can get, and I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but I strongly encourage that Angel needs a lot more training in dealing with ALL customers with courtesy instead of just to the ones who hold a certain status.

Was convenient place to stay for a trip in to New Orleans to the WWII Museum and then catch the 10 to Florida

We had to wait for hot water in our first night. Was told they put in a new water system and would have to let it run for awhile. Never heard of that before. Rest of the stay was fine. Also, did not have ESPN football channels or the SEC channel. That’s bad when it’s football season.

Very nice place to stay; clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, & pleasant sfaff.

Everything was excellent but rooms need an upgrade. Mattress wasn’t comfy, shower was kinda meh and needs a fixing. AC needs to be replaced the old ones are too noisy. I could go a little further but everything was great just please update the rooms and install plumbing fixtures properly please!!!!

Hot musty room with broken AC initially then room changed from king bed studio to queen double that smelled like old cigarettes, had a filthy bathroom, and hot water in the bathroom sink but freezing cold water. Our team will be looking for other places to stay for future baseball tournaments.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Nice room. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Will stay here again.

Property was very dirty in parking lot, especially around and behind garbage cans. Back door where employees smoke was covered in cigarette butts and trash.
