Very nice hotel, staff not really friendly I don’t know why they are so untrained when you enter the place and the receptionist won’t even greet you but just looks away it’s weird .. please train your staff better the least you could expect from an employee is that they great their guests. Room wasn’t really cleaned well they didn’t even change the sheets. The room was dusty. The hotel is very pretty, amazing spa, the employees in the restaurant were all really amazing in their job. Nice breakfast, roomservice served the food didn’t pick up the dishes and table until the next day .. it’s a beautiful hotel but the staff really needs training.

A location with a truly special energy. I returned to Snagov Club after 10 years and realized that time stood still. I found the very same kind and well trained staff, very prompt to serve you, impecable but flawless and warm at the same time. We enjoyed a very delicious and extremely elegant dinner served on te lake pontoon (relaxed ambiance with lots of quiteness, really therapeutic) we decided to stay the night...it was the best decision. The rooms are very large and elegant, top comfort that creates a feeling of well-being. Clams St. Jacques with mashed carrots was my favorite. The next morning we repeated the superb experience at breakfast. Thanks for making us feel very special. It really was a 5 star experience and above!

Great Hotel, very close to the airport, but also close to the City Center. Food is just amazing and the staff very helpful. We were in Winter but it looks like a fantastic place for summer aswell. Spa is amazing!

While meticulous planning, guidance from the event planner, and countless behind-the-scenes conversations are undoubtedly crucial, the enchan**ent wouldn't have been possible without an exceptional venue offering top-notch facilities, delectable food, and delightful drinks. Opting to reserve the club's hotel for a span of 2 nights allowed us to savor extra moments with our loved ones. The culinary experience surpassed expectations, with dishes that were exceptionally palatable. The accommodations impressed us; the rooms were not only immaculate but also furnished for u**ost comfort. Given that July tends to bring scorching temperatures to Romania, the air conditioning proved to be a savior, ensuring a comfortable environment for relaxation. Our wedding unfolded at the Lake Pavilion against the backdrop of a picturesque sunset during the magical golden hour. Arriving by boat to join our guests marked the commencement of a memorable night. The staff exhibited exceptional attentiveness, providing a service that unequivocally merited five stars. The evening swept by as if a beautiful dream, leaving us elated that we chose Snagov Club as the venue for our special day. This establishment has now etched itself as a place of perpetual delight in our hearts. În timp ce planificarea meticuloasă, îndrumarea din partea planificatorului de evenimente și nenumăratele discuții din culise sunt, fără îndoială, cruciale, farmecul nu ar fi fost posibil fără o locație excepțională care oferă facilități de primă clasă, mâncăruri delicioase, etc. Decizia de a rezerva hotelul clubului pentru 2 nopți ne-a permis să savurăm momente suplimentare alături de cei dragi. Experiența culinară a depășit așteptările, cu preparate extrem de gustoase. Cazarea ne-a impresionat; camerele erau nu doar imaculate, ci și mobilate pentru confort maxim. Dat fiind că luna iulie aduce adesea temperaturi toride în România, aerul condiționat s-a dovedit a fi un salvator, asigurând un mediu confortabil pentru relaxare. Snagov Club was our first choice for our dream wedding. And we chose very well! Elegance, professionalism, good taste, exceptional view were the perfect combination of ingredients for the most beautiful evening for us! This place is absolutely amazing! Maria & Bogdan

A relaxing venue with indoor swimming pool, billiards table & a clean spacious bedroom. The breakfast is huge with a choice of egg & the evening meal is good. The restaurant & bar are in a separate building to the hotel, so the lounge area lacks a**osphere.

Restaurant with prices of at least a Michelin mention, which includes waiting half an hour for the order to be taken, almost an hour for a soup and after when asking for pepper because nothing apart from cutlery was provided, two salt shakers were brought and no pepper, not to say they forgotten glasses for the people at the table brought only bottles. Two main courses ordered, one received, the other no one mentioned that it can't be brought as it is not available anymore, after another long wait as we got used to from soups. Disappointing and disturbing as a customer, we recommend future customers to look for other restaurants. The hotel has large rooms, old style but spacious, cobwebs and dust on the terrace of the room but also on those around, tables (we had reserved a deluxe room and a double), the maids sit in the reception hall and gossip about everybody that comes in and out of the hotel for several hours, typical Romanian, for 180 euros per night room and 5-star hotel, we will definitely not come back!

The area is beautiful, serene and secluded which I loved the most about this property. I was able to rest very well during my stay. I had the opportunity to lunch once at the restaurant and the food was very good. I would definitely come back if the opportunity arises and also recommend it to my friends.
