Like this hotel. Free breakfast is a plus. Location is good. Room is clean. You need to set up your own bed (sofa bed). And a nice little surprise = free home made cookies when i checked in. Recommended

We stayed here for two nights. The first thing I notice was the muggy smell. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were not swept nor mopped. The carpet was not vacuumed. I didn't want to deal with transferring as I wasn't feeling too good. I had to use my Clorox wipes from my car to clean the counters and floors. Found a blond hair in my bed. Mine is black. I am not happy with the surprise $10 each night, each car charges. Especially that my son and I had our own cars. Website says, parking available. Very deceiving. Why not just say parking $10 per day and per car. The receptionist didn't mention when I said we have two vehicles. The full kitchen is one thing I appreciate. Breakfast time was convenient which started at 5am and had good variety of food . No, I probably will not stay here again.

A spacious room with a full-sized fridge/freezer, including an ice maker! Decent kitchen service and facilities for having meals without having to go out (it was snowing). Also, a nice desk area with several plugs available for charging. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom very nice, with body wash, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers. Bars of soap were also provided, and a makeup removal pad, which is always a nice touch. Only one minor thing was missing: moisturizing lotion. The checkin person was very friendly and helpful. There are some outdoor stairs involved in some buildings, so tell them if you prefer to avoid stairs.

The front desk staff was amazing! The hot water did not work in the kitchen. The housekeeping staff did not clean the bathtub on the days the cleaned the room.

It was an emergency booking and they get us the room right away. The price is great. The room is good. My husband back was not hurting with the bed very comfortable.

Staff was nice enough. Breakfast extremely disappointing.. In fact, not worth getting out of bed for in the morning. Not sure about people smoking in the parking lot, maybe they lived there full time or?? They were polite, but unexpected. Some people paying for a suite may not like men loitering at their steps before they walk in for their pre-paid accomodations. As Marriot Rewards member for two decades, I will think twice about staying at a Towneplace Suites property. Certainly, not an experience I was expecting nor desired.
