Wow! That was our first impression of the hotel. We booked 2 rooms and they were both amazing. Great details, a lot of space and a good bed - very important :-) I even took a slow morning to enjoy the bath instead of exploring the city! Extra: good brunch adress next door :-)

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 night stay at the hotel. The room was exactly as pictured, spacious and with a fantastic bathroom. The breakfast was a generous portion and could be had in your room or in the bar at the front of the hotel. Everything was catered to our needs and we would not hesitate to stay again

We enjoyed three nights at Oborishte 63. The staff were informative and helpful for the entire stay and the breakfast was very generous! on our last day we needed to leave promptly so they made up a breakfast bag to go as we left the hotel. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bath/shower were both amazing, so much space and a comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. We walked from the central station and it takes about 20-30minutes but takes you past some of the key landmarks. There are a host of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

15 minute walk to St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. And five minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. Several restaurants in the area you can walk to. The balcony is nice but no special view.

Lovely, small hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, modern and individually designed by an artist. There was some noise from the road outside and next door bar. At the time of writing, the hotel was having some renovation work which meant breakfast needed to be taken in the room or hotel lobby. However, I was won over by the place and would definitely stay here again if I return to Sofia.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Oborishte63 hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria. I believe the hotel has recently been renovated. Our room (Horo) on the 3rd floor was both very large and stylish. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. There is a choice of having breakfast served downstairs in the lobby or in the room. We enjoyed having a choice of 3 different types of breakfast, which we were asked to select the night before. The Manager, Svetla, is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location as it is not far to visit the main attraction, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, which is a 17 minute walk. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The metro is not far either if you want to travel on the underground. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a city break in Sofia.

The facilities were excellent. The staff were really helpful. The location is very pleasant and quiet, even though it is not far from the city centre. The underground station is about seven minutes walk away.

We experienced serious teething problems with the newly refurbished hotel (external door cards did not work so we were locked out until receptionist got taxi from home to let us in; TV not set up; no shutter over skylight so we could not sleep after dawn; bar/restaurant not open so we had basic breakfast, with no drink etc choices, served in room). Staff were very helpful and apologetic.

Perfect location, amazing friendly staff. Perfect to visit Sofia. Spacious rooms. Charming boutique hotel. Will stay again. Excellent coffee, and orange juice for breakfast. Privacy and relax are guaranteed. Close to trendy bars and restaurants.
