Hotel Surya Executive 3 Star Hotel

I stayed in hotel surya executive for 2 days with my family on 21/04 & 22/04. Room was dirty smelly. Wash room light was getting off and on for every 10 seconds. Complained to reception 2 times but problem not solved. We paid rs. 4250 per night but no value for money. This hotel is rated as 3 star but actually this is 1 star hotel. Not suitable for family stay.

Rooms are ok and can be booked for a day stay. Amenities provided were minimal and could have been improved. Restuarant food is not that good, food quality need to be better. Breakfast provided was good with good amount of options. Overall the stay was ok.

Comforter was not clean, wifi was not available and mainly the reception counter was very rude not co operative at all

This time i received a bad experience of make my trip. We book through male my trip for best pricing. This time make my trip booked hotel @6045- but actual cost of hotel of the same tariff comes 4928- make my trip charged 1600 extra. Without giving any 10% 20% addtinal discount. Which is not good. You are requested to refund 1600 asap. Looking forward positive response

When i entered in hotel no room was ready i was booked single bed room but they denied to provide after 1 hours they gave room keys but that room wasn't ready after 1 hour they provided double bed room receiption staff was rough donot having proper ethics and manner about how to behave with customer

Over all awsm well maintain and clean. In solapur best hotel to stay please preferred surya hotel to solapur.

Excellent experience with best food quality. The ambience of the room was very good. The staff was very generous and cooperative.

Room was neat and cleaned. My booking was for suit. Bathroom was in neat condition. Toiletries were clean.

The hotel was clean, the staff was guest friendly and services were great, food was good, approachable road to the hotel was not in good condition, although being city like solapur the hotel tarrifs was on the higher side.
