"ロケーションはとても便利です。ソラプル駅や、アッカルコットなどの主要スポットに向かう高速道路の近くにあります。ファミリースイート（大人3人）に13,700ルピーも払いましたが、Wi-Fiは全く使えませんでした。そのため、日中に様々な目的で旅行中にホテルの部屋に滞在することを念頭に置いておくと、Wi-Fiルーターが部屋の外壁に設置されているため、ドアを閉めるとアクセスできなくなるので、料金が高すぎます。 朝食は種類が豊富で良かったのですが、カットフルーツの種類は限られていました。牛乳の質はIです。ソラプル側としては全体的に良いと思います。サービスは普通でしたが、砂糖抜きのコーヒーを頼んだのに、いつも砂糖入りのコーヒーが届きました。スタッフが謝罪した後も、再度コーヒーを送ってくれたのですが、砂糖入りでした。つまり、私たちが注文したものは、基本的に希望通りのもの、または用意できたものを送ってくれたのです。 "

"The breakfast was amazingly good the food was very good the oil which is used was Gemini sun flower oil which I have seen first time in food industry hatts off to kitchen team the rooms were immaculosly clean n neat the staff was hygienic they were polite n helpful throughout the journey of us in hotel oberon this is situated in 2nd biggest chowk in solapur city n half km away from Airport very convenient for travelers thank you hotel oberon for all the 5star service you provided we will visit again for next time"

"I would have given this hotel a five star except for lack of proper etiquettes and reasonable behaviour by the reception . One Ms Manju at the reception should be provided proper training . When I arrived ,she was looking at the mobile phone and didn't even acknowledge the guest . Rudely asked why I was there for ? I had a booking for 2 days . The next day she asked me for how many days I was there for and when will I check out despite a confirmed booking for 2 days . I am sure she must be following protocol but the customer service touch point is so important . Apart from this minor hiccup , this hotel is very good in terms of rooms and facilities. In house restaurant provides good food . Rooms are big and nicely done "

"Rooms and bathrooms are good, but don’t go with the breakfast plan. They don’t have the buffet option and they will what do you want and how many plates you want. For each request they ask multiple time do you really need or not. I didn’t find comfortable with the receptionist as well. "

"If you are going to visit hazoor sahib sachkand gurdwara the hotel is about 6km and it will take you about 30mins or so by auto considering the horrible traffic and road condition. The hotel rooms otherwise are very clean, hygienic and quiet. Beds are comfortable. They need to improve the water pressure in the bathrooms and take in or add a sink in the bathrooms. Breakfast is up to the mark a mix of south indian and local. The restaurant is a must try the veg variety is good. Compliments to the chef and the staff for looking after us. A special thinks to ravi singh and chanchal."
