エル・ドラド・マロマ・ア・スパ・リゾート - モア・インクルーシブ(El Dorado Maroma A Spa Resort - More Inclusive)

I visited the El Dorado Maroma with my friend for a week in January 2023. Believe me, this is the best resort ever! I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, and this resort outranks all others! The service is simply amazing, from the second you arrive until you have to leave. We absolutely loved Manuel at the beach, who greeted us each morning and walked out with us to help us find the perfect spot for the day. He didn’t just hand us our towels - he laid them out for us on the loungers or the bali bed chosen, then adjusted the umbrella so we could be in the shade, as we preferred. He then continued checking on us throughout the day and adjusting our umbrella as the sun moved. Talk about being pampered! He was wonderful! We also loved Little D (Diego) at the beach, who brought us drinks and made us smile - he seems so happy to be there! I can’t forget to mention the beach - it is the best beach of any resort I have stayed at! Clean, white sand, and so few people. That’s another great thing about this resort - no crowds!! It is small, quiet and relaxing. So peaceful! If you want a party resort, this is not it. It was perfect for us! Overall, you will not be sorry if you choose this resort!!! We loved it and will return again, hopefully soon, and hopefully with my hubby next time! I can’t wait to hear those wonderful friends tell me “Welcome Home”!

Love El Dorado Maroma! Totally stress free and relaxed from the moment we are picked up at the airport by Lomas travel until we have to return home. We were greeted warmly upon arrival at the resort and with a cool hand towel and drink. Hospitality to the max throughout the week! Resort grounds are very well kept and the beach IS beautiful. Of course there is sea**** but workers are out early every morning raking it up. And our beach butlers were the best! Not only did we have drinks served,thanks Daniel and Betsabe,but they brought us cooling face clothes and little bites of cool watermelon and other fruits during the day! Oh how I love getting spoiled like this! Thanks Ali and Miguel. The food at all the restaurants is delicious and the wait staff is great. Special Thanks Juan, Randy, and Baltazar at Pepitos. There is now a brunch next door that you must try! A truly amazing variety of foods offered. We tried quite a lot of it. Lol. All good! See Lomas representative for reservations. And our dinner on the beach was most excellent. I have to give a big thank you to our waiter Elisio. He worked very hard to make sure everything was just right. Also thank you very much to our butlers, Alex and Israel, for taking such good care of us the whole week. Everything from making sure we had our coffee in the morning and dinner reservations at night. It is really a team effort from all the employees here that make it a great place to stay. They make sure that every little need or want is taken care of for you. Thanks to all for a great vacation!

Fabiola lead our breathing/meditation class and it was wonderful! A beautiful combination of sound, movement and breathing. I Highly recommend for helping to unwind your first day, or any day. This is a not to miss experience, and is included.

Octavio,Alexander, Carlos, Chris Daniel from animation ,Pablo, clemente, Sofía, Alfredo, Karen, Octavio, Diego, Josue from bar made us feel super welcomed. Thank you for Making our vacation the best we’ve ever had. We will for sure see each other this year in November again.

I had an amazing time kayaking, playing volley, and painting with Octavio,Alex, Chris, Charlie, and Danny. We learned a lot about the culture. They were all very nice and helpful anytime we had questions during the activities. You can tell they enjoy their job and interact well.

Great! So much fun!!! Carlos, Octavio, Alexander, Christopher and Daniel made all the activities so fun! We loved playing the volleyball and the dance foam party was cool. It was a great vacation and we will definitely be back. They made it a memorable experience !

I felt very welcome and entertained using the daily activities done like volleyball, question of the day, and kayaking. Octavio, Alexander, Carlos, Chris, and Danny were all so nice and a joy to be around. I would definitely recommend coming to this resort!

Very good, claiming!!!!! It was relaxing was great!!! Brian and Leigha Lanham. This is something we would be doing again!!! She was great this was our first time doing something like this and it felt really claiming and relaxing, Leigha and I will be back..

Fabiola- we had a wonderful experience. It was a perfect balance between yoga and meditation. By the end of the session we were relaxed. This experience helped reduce stress and bring inner peace! Fabiola’s has a very soothing voice and we would highly recommend this yoga session!
