Baños cagados agua en todos lo baños dos horas de espera por check in en el check out me cobraron por un Niño que estaba incluida en la reserva camas húmedas comida horrible instalación vieja el peor hotel no recomendable a nadie

The buffet food is average, as expected. The ala carte restaurants were disappointing. Very well managed. Staff was lovely.

we enjoyed our stay at Barcelo Palace in December 2023. The staff was wery nice, our room was clean and spacious, food options were good , too. A la cart Restaurants are much better in the Palace than other Barcelo hotels complex. Staff is amazing.

I feel like the food was much better last year. The buffet was not consistent at all but other than that it was great.

Love everything about this property and the staff who run it!!! This was our third time visiting and we will definitely be back!!

The property was lovely. The room was amazing. I loved how far we had to walk to our rooms, it meant we could walk off dinner just going to our room. The front desk people were wonderful.

The service provided was great. However, we were most disappointed with the food. Nor their buffet or their restaurants were satisfying. Paying for all inclusive is for the food and drinks. We were treated poorly at our reservation at Mexico Lindo restaurant. We showed up with dress shorts and shirts (nice outfits). However we were not allowed to dine because we did not wear pants. They let others wearing jeans and tank tops in which was ridiculous and they even offered pants to other customers but not our group.

We had a wonderful stay. Amazing staff per usual. So many food options and activities on site.

The only reason we did not give this a 5/5 was because we were not informed you had to make reservations for non-buffet options weeks in advance so we did not get to try anything other than the buffet and room service. Buffets were good and themed but it would have been nice to have a more formal setting for at least 1 meal.
