ヴィラ トルトゥガス(Villa Tortugas)

It is a very quiet and pleasant place, has very good cleanliness and since you arrive it feels quiet to rest and enjoy ,I highly recommend. I had no problem with anything and the staff that attends the place is very friendly

So my friend and I had booked another place originally to stay but unfortunately they double booked and it was suggested we stay at Villa Tortugas which was on the same road. We went to take a look and it immediately felt right. The place is tranquil and peaceful and the staff Juan and Elmer were extremely helpful. Cecilia is a great hostess. We were there for 5 nights and it is was the perfect place to stay. We would venture out during the day to so many places and come back to relax to quiet, bird and natural sounds. I am sure we will find a way to return.

My partner and I landed in Cancun and drove right away to Villa Tortugas in Akumal, where we spent the first 3 nights of our Mexican trip. The place is very near Akumal (5 min by car), and lies at the end of a dirt road just off the highway, surrounded by trees and vegetations. Our villa had a double bed and plenty of space to leave our backpags, a decent bathroom with powerful (hot and cold) shower. WI-FI is good enough to browse the Internet, and the car park outside of the Villa is free. There’s a shared swimming pool and dining area, both surrounded by trees and nature and perfect places to chill and mingle with other travellers. Good breakfast is served every morning, ranging from pancakes to toasted bread, jam, tortilla, fruit, coffee and teas. Really great vibe, we loved out stay and met lots of lovely people. During our stay we met the manager Miguel, a nice guy from Spain who’s lived in Mexico for a long time and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar, relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La atención de Cecilia es maravillosa, atenta y cálida. Pueden mejorar la experiencia con mayor equipamiento en las habitaciones: vajilla, otro bote de basura y una cafetera. Estuvimos muy contentos porque aman a los animales, nuestra perrita fué muy feliz 😀

Vinimos en famila y numerosa. Jajaja A pesar de la citación del país el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones. Mejorar un poco los insumos pero está todo en general muy bien. Mis saludos para todos. Desde el personal de limpieza hasta la administración.
