Very nice and large suite. Bed is a tad too hard, towels need updating, and your pillows aren’t the best too soft. Tv difficult to operate with the remote. No EV charging; GET THIS PLEASE

This is a self-service hotel, but the text-for-service worked well. We had booked the 2 king room, but this room (and a few others) are located directly over a bar and grill, so the room stunk of grease and could be loud in the evenings. The staff was super accommodating and moved us with no problems. The rooms are decorated very nicely and the location is perfect.

As a fussy pregnant woman in her third trimester, I was treated with the u**ost consideration. The women who own and run this establishment go above and beyond to make The Winston an experience for each guest.

Loved our balcony room that saved the park. Great place to people watch with a coffee without having to leave your room!

Huge immaculate suite with dramatic beamed ceiling. Very impressive property in the middle of Solvang. Highly recommend!

We are returning customers! We love staying at the Winston. It is a beautiful hotel with each room unique clean and well taken care of. It is a quiet place to stay with safe parking.

Beautiful location to walk around Solvang. Park across the street was light up for Chris**as and had music playing in the evening. Pub below was a great place to enjoy the lights and music. Combination door lock is a bit tricky to lock when leaving your room.

Everything was lovely. My one complaint is there is no information in the room on how things work. I still don't know how to correctly operate the Nespresso. We didn't know you had to touch the key pad on the door to lock it. We thought it was automatic and left the room with the door unlocked, then accidentally figured out how to lock it. Could have used information on how to operate the heat/air. Also, there is a lobby with a refrigerator and you can take some but how does it work? Do you get charged? How much? We were not told there would be a farmer's market on the street and we would not be able to get our car out of the parking lot for 6 hours. There is no front desk but they are a call away and helped us when our TV remote didn't work. They're onsite (?) person came quickly and was great. We were afraid of breaking things because we didn't have information. Still, highly recommend the Winston.

Highly recommend, great location, clean, quiet, well appointed, large comfortable room. Perfect location for Chris**as time, the 2nd floor breezeway sitting area overlooks the park and the beautiful Chris**as tree. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive and the contactless check in is fantastic. Also, free parking right at the hotel. I travel often for work and don’t notice hotels, this one I noticed, large space, spotless clean, extremely comfortable.
