Lovely hotel in Somerset West. If you have to visit this particular area this is the spot to stay. We had a wedding in this area and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel was very kind to accommodate us for an early check in. The wedding started at 1pm and we needed a spot to change and do our makeup. Sadly we were unable to really enjoy the hotel as the wedding was all day but the rooms and lovely. I think the only comment I would make would be an architectural one - the two pools are a little small and the one faces the restaurant so while you’re swimming you have people eating and watching you. Personally I didn’t like that and thought it was a shame they didn’t take advantage of the outdoors and have a bigger pool. Oh yes and the mini bar was terrible ! Nothing in it

An amazing venue to host workshops and conferences. The service was exceptional and left nothing to be desired. We had a few evenings at the restaurant - a place of tranquility and luxury. I feel flattered when walking in here and all the staff made me feel welcome. If you'd like to treat yourself and your team/ other half, this is the place to go for an unforgettable experience.

We had a 3 day training conference. The experience was blissful, wonderful (at times too wonderful) snacks. Dinner always exceeded expectations. If your gonna have training from 13:30 to 20:00 and need to make it pleasant for your employees, Erinvale is your venue.

Beautiful First Class Hotel with excellent rooms Facilities and service. Situated in a stunning region. The whole experience was amazing. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Honeymoon in one of the luxury suits and it was amazing. I also visited the spa while there and had a fantastic massage. All meals were exceptional and after our dinner one of the evenings we came back to a surprise bottle of champagne and desert in our room. Would absolutely love to stay here in the future.

Booked for dinner on Sunday, the 1st of April in the Oaks Terrace, but due to the weather we were given a table in the Magnolia restaurant. The service was absolutely appalling to the point where we had to get up from the table to find somebody to order drinks, even the wine we ordered, we had to serve ourselves, not that we’re not happy to do that, but you would’ve expected, at least one member of staff to offered, but no attention whatsoever. Having eaten in the hotel on many occasions, this was a huge letdown as we took friends who would never been before. The staff were more interested in setting up for breakfast for the following morning and completely abandoned us. Food was very average and we questioned whether it was cooked by a professional chef. Awful experience, I wouldn’t go near it.

This hotel is definitely worthy of 5 stars - manager Leticia made certain that we were 100% comfortable and satisfied with our table allocation - the lady will exhaust all avenues to ensure a memorable ocasion - our waiter, Melinca is a star - the service was above average - the food items were of the best - well worthy of recommendation - will return.

Pleasant environment, good food, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff. we ate both the seven courses dinner and some other dishes from the menu other evenings. So, nice. The staff is truly the best ever. Perfect balance between friendliness, humor and professionalism. I highly recommend Erinvale.

Beautiful First Class Hotel with excellent rooms Facilities and service. Situated in a stunning region. The service by the young team in all areas was superb and seem less No obvious stiff management so the atmosphere was friendly and everyone knew their roles will visit again

We stayed here for 3 nights in December 2023 as part of a 2 week road trip in the Western Cape. The staff were the friendliest of any place we stayed - they made us feel really at home - warm, friendly and so helpful. Candice, the manager, was great in helping us find the perfect room. The hotel was spotlessly clean, really modern and up to date and the pool/facilities were perfect. Stefan's restaurant was the cheery on the cake - one of the best meals we have had anywhere in the world!!!! This hotel was a real highlight of our trip!
