Horrible experience. Do not stay here Rude staff, rooms are so poorly maintained- broken furniture, Stains on bed, rubbish outside the property, shower handles falling off Owner extremely rude, we found another place to stay in as soon as we checked in. If it wasnt for the other place we would have the worst experience of Sorrento and visiting Italy for the first time I have a full video of the room, the property and the manager admitting to everything stated in review above and would love to post it

The room was nice and clean but 1st impressions of the hotel/building were quite disappointing. There is a pool listed on the amenities but the pool belongs to another hotel and it costs €20 per person per day to use it. The shower in the room looked great but it was just a gimmick with lots of the jets etc not working. Location wise it was great, just out the hustle and bustle but just minutes to walk into the centre.

A pleasant ten minute walk from train station. A little hidden and took a few minutes to find. Door will be locked so either press the buzzer or call them. The room was lovely & spacious. Bed was very comfortable so slept well for the 3 nights that we were there. Shower was very hot and powerful. Breakfast was continental which was nice and adequate. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We find a cut short to the town, down the little hill and turn left, follow the road around for a few minutes where you will see a sushi resturant. There's a path next to it into town.

Room was large with a great bath with a jacuzzi tub. Close to the train station and a short walk to downtown. Check in was a nightmare. Sign says Alehouse 2nd floor but you actually need to go to Vhome on the 3rd floor to check in. As they don’t post this information anywhere we stood around for almost an hour trying to get into trying to get into the building which is locked. As no one is on the 2nd floor there is no one to buzz you in. During our stay we ran into several people who either didn’t know what to do or could not check in as no one was there to check them in as they had gone home for the night. If you are looking for a nice clean place to stay at a reasonable price, this is for you. Although beware the that checking in may not be easy. If you are looking for a hotel, this place is not the place for you.

We stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon. The room was very nice and clean and the shower worked great. The best part of this hotel was the easy walk to the main ***** where all the restaurants and shops were located. The only issue we had was actually finding the hotel. It is tucked back down an alley so it can be tricky to find if you are not familiar. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had.

The property is a room in a building not a hotel. It was difficult to find at first but once they gave you the key it was fine. We just slept in the room. It was walking distance from the train station and walking to the port to catch the ferry station also the restaurants.

Located slightly out of the centre , but only a five minute walk to cafes / shops, and the railway station

The room and toilet were spacious, and clean, with kettle & coffee/ tea packets, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, thick white towels (but no toothpaste/ toothbrush/ facial tissues, it seems the norm in Italy hotels). Breakfast was included in the room rate, and had a good spread - ham, cheese, eggs, toast, pastries, juices, fresh fruits, and a coffee machine with choice of cappuccino, mochaccino, espresso and other variations. The b&b is 5-minutes walk from Sorrento railway station, and an even shorter walk to the old town. The only downside is that the front desk is on the 3rd storey, but the lift won’t work without a key. One of us had to climb up to the front desk, then they came down to operate the lift for us. Upon check-in, we were then given the keys to the lift and the main entrance, as well as a card key to our room. The room was serviced daily, we were unable to put up a “do not enter to clean” sign.
