停在酒店停車場車被撞了，雖然忙前忙後幫着協調，但20歐的停車費堅決要收。到底是有多大臉？

We had an amazing week's stay at the hotel Gardenia. We had a warm welcome on arrival, room was comfortable and lovely balcony onlooking the busy street, we could watch the world go by! Breakfast choice was fantastic, we were always greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Thank you for making our holiday special, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Being near the end of season, we had pick of where to sit by the pool. Perfect location for the train station, walking into town and the many restaurants to choose from, missing Sorrento already! Thank you.

Hotel was fab as were the staff, they couldn't do enough for you. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Would highly recommend hotel as its about 15min walk to Plazza, train and bus station. Marina grande is about 5mins further.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! We stayed at hotel gardenia for three nights in Sorrento during our travel to the Amalfi coast. We booked an airport transfer to take us from the Naples airport to the hotel and was told a price over a month beforehand. Our flight was delayed two hours and we emailed the hotel letting them know. We also provided the hotel with our flight info as asked earlier. apparently no one works at the front desk, answers emails overnight or tracks the flight like every other hotel does. We were told we had a 100 extra euro fee for a waiting time which was never spoke about before. when asking the hotel night manager at the front desk about it he was very nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRANSPORTATION HERE! They also require a key in place to keep the air conditioning on. They take the key away from you when you leave never allowing the room to get comfortable. The shower floods, the bathroom smells like sewage and the breakfast in the morning is awful. You also aren’t allowed to bring an iron in the room. If you need to iron clothes it must be done in a small room behind the bar in the lobby. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Nice modern room. Location convenient and easy walk to the square and old town. Excellent pool and solarium with plenty of spaces. Not to busy even at peak times. Nice pool bar with great selection of drinks and food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall good experience and would certainly stay there again.

We have just checked out from a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Gardenia. On arrival we were welcomed with a smile and a glass of fresh homemade lemonade, and given a map of Sorrento with restaurant recommendations circled. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious balcony. We requested a quiet room as we were aware that the hotel is on a busy main road. We were given a nice room round the side and with the balcony door shut we could not hear any noise from the road. The air con works very well and the room was lovely and cool. There is a very nice pool which is shared with the hotel next door. The pool area was never too crowded, with plenty of sun loungers and chairs/tables available. The pool itself is a good size and very clean and there is a bar serving snacks, ice creams and drinks. All of the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we were always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection - fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, breads, scrambled eggs and much more. The hotel bar is also very reasonably priced - we had a few drinks here whilst waiting to go out to dinner. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento. All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return.

We spent a week in the Hotel Gardenia in July and had a great experience. The hotel was very welcoming from the minute we walked through the door. All of the staff we met during our stay were so friendly and helpful….a special shout out to Titti who always had a smile and made wonderful complimentary tapas and Toni who warmly welcomed us to breakfast each morning. We stayed in room 303 which was on the left side of the hotel and very quiet on what was a busy street. The room was very comfortable and in the middle of a heatwave the air conditioning was excellent. The pool area was great, shared with the Hotel Central next door, and had a lovely pool bar that served ice cold drinks and lovely food. The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes down a straight road from the Piazza Tasso which brings you into the centre of beautiful Sorrento. We absolutely loved the Gardenia and would definitely choose it again as a great base the next time we visit Sorrento.

Absolutely loved our stay at this clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. Family room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space for a family of 4. Very clean. Spacious balcony. Location is ideal to the centre of Sorrento, train station (10 min walk) and Saint Agnello. Both no more than 20 mins walk. Pool area never too crowded with handy bar area serving food and drinks even though shared with the hotel next door. This hotel deserves more than the 3 star rating. When we return to Sorrento we will be stopping here again. Ps Expect some noise from the (very) busy road, if you are in a room overlooking (as we were) but was also just great to sit with a drink and watch the world go by. We really appreciated the staff. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out. They were always courteous ,kind. Especially there was a young lady sorry forgot her name. If you have kids a pool is a definite plus especially in a heat wave. The only drawback was there was a bar near by and you could here the band playing despite the closed windows but I believe that happens in a lot of hotels in Europe. Breakfast was good!
