海景房很美，普通房環境也很好，最值得一提的就酒店的米其林餐廳，黑松露意麪是我吃過最好吃的，早餐也很好，服務熱情必須五星好評

We had a great water view. Close walk to city square and train station. Concierge were very helpful with any questions, gave great suggestions for dinning options within walking distance and very personable. Breakfast staff and food were great.

The staff was second to none. Exceptional! Breakfast at the hotel was some of the best I’ve ever had. Loved our balcony hot tub. Great area, close to everything.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Sorrento and the hotel is stunning. They have really classy and tastefully designed interiors. We stayed in the junior suite, the room was spacious and bright with its own wraparound balcony which boated an outside jacuzzi bath, sun loungers and a table and chair. The views are stunning and the staff were just incredible and could not do more to make our stay perfect. The attached restaurant is a must-visit and the breakfast is very very good. Absolutely 100% worth staying and we will certainly come back again!

Great hospitality, good food and beautiful rooms with even prettier views.

I booked early for our trip and found that the room rate dropped significantly as the date of the trip neared. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view and small terrace. The staff are amazing and the outdoor patio for breakfast has a breathtaking view.

The view was spectacular! The staff was attentive, courteous and very respectful! The beach club was very enjoyable too. We had a magical stay!

This property is in am incredible location. The views and balconies are incredible. However, our room had a bad odor eminating out from the bathroom that got continually worse as our stay progressed (we stayed 4 days). The staff swemed surprised when we broufht it up and saod they would look into it. They said thwy fixed it after we came back from am excursion but never said how. The smell quickly came back. In addition, everytme we called room service or the front desk they had to call us back later because they didn't know how to help us and had ro ask somebody (even just for simple drinks like amaretto). Housekeeping also would only partially freshen up our room. We had to constantly ask for towels,.or soap, or water, even after they had serviced the room. Overall,.the staff was friendly but did very helpful. When we asked for a taxi to town or a car service ww asked foe only those who took cards but they kept setting us up with those who didn't take cards. This place has potential but really missing out on the important details that falls in line with a luxury resort on the Amalfi Coast.

From before even stepping onto the property we were treated with the most incredible service. Luana & Maria would respond to any email regarding our stay, reservations, or bookings promptly. They were beyond helpful with planning our itinerary and guiding us. They recommended boats for a trip along the Amalfi Coast & activities such as olive oil tasting, cooking classes, & lemon garden tours. Once we arrived to the property we were greeted with warmest smiles and services. The hotel itself was stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, & Sorrento. The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping always brought us anything and everything we needed. Every morning at breakfast, Valentina, George, & Max would have the biggest smiles and provide us with anything and everything we needed. By the 3rd day of our stay, they would bring our coffees out without us even asking, which was a testament to the hotel’s attention to each guest. The staff down by the beach club and up at the Sunset Bar too were very kind and provided us with exceptional service. We dined at Restaurant Lorelei & the service and food we got there too was exceptional. Mariana explained each dish very well with so much detail, Pepe was helpful with guiding us with the wines, and George, once again, provided us with great service. My family & I had the most amazing 6 nights at Hotel Lorelei Londres. Every meal, sunset, and staff member exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return
