オーシャン ビレッジ デラックス(Ocean Village Deluxe Resort & Spa)

The property is absolutely beautiful! The pool and rooms and everything. However, the water in the showers felt like beach water. It was clear that the water wasn't filtered. But outside of that it was extremely calming and relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was also beautiful!

Villa was large and nice in a quiet neighborhood. Very convient to Sosua and surrounding areas. Staff was super helpful and guest friendly. S/O to Tito at the front desk, he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at Oceana Village. The staff was friendly and helpful. Maria restaurant had spectacular views! We would definitely stay here again. Anyolina and Macielis were so helpful at the reception desk. Made it easy to check in and out.

Excellent customer service. Very professional. Staff looked happy to be working there.

Location was nice, the food took an hour to two hours. Check in was a headache, first they told us that check in was not at 3 but 6, that in the website says 3 bit they don’t have to give the room until 6. Also they charge the same amount for the room you are staying as a deposit to make sure there is nothing missing from the property. Never heard of the same amount put on hold as a deposit to get it cleared from 3-6 days.

Everything was ok the only thing that we don’t like was that the property need a little more of maintenance but other than that was very good.

Villas were beautiful ...what you see in the pictures is what you get upon arrival. Only slight issue was the pay as you go. You can really get carried away ordering food and drinking. It would be great if they add an all inclusive option.

Service was good, place was clean, pool was nice, the villa lay out was great. Things we did not like about this place is that there is no walkways or beach as promoted or shown in photo, we where told by guard that walkway was closed because it is now private. Check in and check out was very slow process. The dollar exchange value was higher than the actual value, which overcharged approximately $180 more.
